Its in the name, you shoot aliens by hundreds, quite simple yet fun, or maybe its just the nostalgia talking. Be carefull about setting the diff too high, this game is really stingy with money and you have to loot goblin hard to buy the good stuff in the early/mid game.

The game overall is good compared to the first game, but do not attempt to play it on "Impossible" difficulty. It's literally impossible to beat unless you cheat. What I generally dislike about this difficulty is that it's clearly unbalanced. Certain levels can be passed without much real effort, whereas others are utterly impossible to progress through - especially the last two levels. Would've been great to have different screen resolutions tho... being limited to play max 1024x768 is bad. Tho, it still hold up for 2026.

I remember playing this a lot in middle school. Even more than a decade later I can still remember some of the cheat codes. Good times. It's nostalgic playing this and the original again. They are still peak top down shooter. Sadly, it is not well balanced at all for higher difficulties, especially impossible mode. You have to basically play hitless and exploit the enemies' pathfinding if you want to survive. Not to mention, the brutal resource management while facing these enemies. They are super tanky even with tthe best weapons in the game. Also, the right click to move is kind of terrible since it can't automatically navigate through obstacles. Otherwise, great fun nostalgic game 8/10.
