Before playing Apewar, I felt my life had lost it's meaning. I felt as though I was drifting in the world no purpose in sight. My girlfriend left me, my friends hated me, I didnt get invited to family events. At the darkest time of my life I found Apewar. Playing this game made me appriciate the little things in life and brought my happiness back. Playing this game I found a new purpose in life, being an ape. Suddenly I didn't care what my family thought of me. The only thought that mattered was playing Apewar. But that purpose was short lived as I achieved my dreams very quickly. Being an ape isn't difficult. But, again, playing Apewar, but this time it's wonderful community, helped me find purpose. They made me realize that I'm a human being and deserve a new chance. I was encouraged by my newly found friends to reconnect with my family and friends. Luckely, playing Apewar made me such and interesting person that I was immediately re-invited to everything I missed. All my old friends came back, my girlfriend returned and I was even offered a position as a CEO and became rich. What im trying to say is that playing Apewar might be the most important decision of my life, and it will be in yours. Buy Apewar and enjoy this masterpiece of a game.

I contemplated suicide before buying this game. Upon playing it for the first time, i witnessed true euphoria. Never have i seen such a beautiful, well-crafted game in my life. Red Dead 2 and Cyberpunk dont match how emotionally connected you feel to this game. Upon completion, i became a better man. I stopped taking drugs, i went outside, i got a job and i found a real girlfriend. All because of this game. 10/10 would ape again. Monke

RATING: SOLID 10/10 I have played my fair share of video games over the years, but not too many of them have had the emotional depth and sheer force of Apewar. A triple-A game that shatters all expectations, Apewar is the perfect blend of heart, story, and unforgettable gameplay, and an all-out landmark for the industry. The moment I first booted up Apewar, I was taken aback by its breathtaking world-building. The jungles buzz with life, the people are alive, and even the most muted moments strike you hard long after you've put down the controller. In a lush, colorful world of conflict, Apewar presents us with a superbly realized environment in which apes—our unlikely heroes—are fighting not just for survival, but for liberty. But it's no easy "survival of the fittest" tale; it's a story of commonality, treachery, sacrifice, and most of all, hope. The hero is a towering, tortured ape named Glupshitto, and he takes us on an odyssey that's almost intimate. His emotional evolution is reflected in each decision he makes, and as the tale progresses, we're not only cheering for him but experiencing life as he does. Every choice, every loss, every victory has resonance. I found myself sympathetic to the apes at some level beyond ordinary game characters. They lost in a meaningful way. They won and felt they deserved it. The game's combat system is nothing short of revolutionary. At first, it's a simple action-packed thing, but it's the way Apewar develops emotional investment in every strike of my ghetto blaster, every shot fired from the muzzle of an enemy rifle that really makes it stand out. You're not just fighting to survive—you're fighting for what you hold dear, for a future where the apes may finally have peace at last. But it's the plot that truly steals the scene. The plot refuses to shy away from difficult issues: the horrors of war, the cost of being a leader, the ambiguity of right and wrong. These are addressed in so subtle a way that it's impossible not to notice the parallels in real life. It’s a game that invites us to think deeply about power, oppression, and what it means to stand up for what’s right—no matter the cost. The graphics, too, are stunning. The forests are teeming with life—every tree, every leaf, every animal appears to be painstakingly detailed. It's a world that begs to be discovered. And yet, it's not just about appearances; the world-building is deliberate, every location counts, and every setting has a story to share. But what truly distinguishes Apewar is its emotional impact. I can't remember the last time a video game had such an impact on me—anger, sadness, hope, pride. After the tear-inducing final scenes, I was shattered. The conclusion is so powerful and emotional that I had it stuck in my head for days after finishing. It's rare for a game to become popular with such emotional depth, and it's something too often overlooked in a world obsessed with mechanics and multiplayer modes. Apewar shows us that video games can be art—can be significant. Overall, Apewar is more than a game. It's an experience. It's a journey of self-improvement, hardship, and triumph that will leave you long after the credits stop. It pushes the limits of what video game storytelling is capable of and leaves you with a profound feeling of introspection regarding our world. If you're looking for a game that will push your heart as hard as it pushes your thumbs, then here you are. Apewar is an emotional rollercoaster that you'll not want to miss.
