It looks good, and the gunplay is pretty satisfying, but I just do not understand how to progress. In games like this, the guns you are not directly controlling usually keep firing on their own, or are manned by AI. In this...it doesn't seem to happen? On harder levels, your unmanned guns just get wiped out, leaving you on one gun, desperately trying to clear the level. Doesn't make sense, and is stopping me from playing more. Maybe I am missing something, but I cannot discern what.
Simple and fun honestly! I love how simple the game is, and it's very entretaining to just shoot the soldier's down! Plus is so satifying hitting a shot with the heavy canon on the bombing plane's or trooper planes on the distance, and shooting down the american boat's. Just a bit grindy in achievement's but i understand. you can't do the achievement's about anything else.
It's perfectly normal to have recurring nightmares about this exact scenario, alright? (I saw Saving Private Ryan too young) This would be a great beach head type game except for the vomit comet swapping between points on the defenses. All the available armaments are enjoyable to use, and it's quite forgiving with the accuracy. The enemy AI doesn't know what it's there to do, except to take out a couple specific tools in your arsenal immediately while getting lost on the way to the rest. I think there's been enough time on this tragedy to find it darkly hilarious when a tin can full of confused teenagers swings open only to be immediately pulverized by a rope of screaming metal. Or when an armored truck full of optimistic heroes turns into a smoldering crater behind the smoke and thunder of your canon. Absurd how cheaply a life gets spent in war. Thanks for reading!
