To put it simply, this game is like Flappy Bird with a little bit of Sonic the Hedgehog along with some inspiration from Learn to Fly 2 combined with a healthy dose of Super Rub ‘a’ Dub without skimping on the Pizza Tower in conjunction with that one level from Rayman Legends topped off with some Dark Souls Remastered all from the perspective of the pyro from TF2. Edit: Realized I forgot Superman 64.

This game isn't really "my thing" and I knew that upon buying it. I love The Behemoth (company) and want them to keep making longer, awesome games like Alien Hominid, Castle Crashers and Battleblock Theatre. So i buy this one. As for the game, it's 'okay'. I'll log in and play daily runs here and there to try and get high on the leaderboard.

Behemoth is an extremely EXTREMELY polished Flappy Bird clone. If you play games so that you can experience all the content and then drop it, then you're not the target audience for this game. If you play games for arcade-like gameplay loops that you can replay over and over for the same of shooting for high scores and such, then this game will be the best 4 dollars you've spent in a long while. It's so rare to find a good arcade style game in 2024 that's actually fun to play over and over, but these guys managed to deliver! The people who call games like this mobile games never experienced the simplistic joy of grinding away at a fun arcade game for hours on end. Sometimes less is more.

Really good game, really addicitng, but it feels like a mobile game and feels a bit repetetive. It'd be awesome if we had other modes and stuff

Look, do you find yourself pining for the "good ol' days" of flash games like "Toss the Turtle" where you felt like you were barely in control of the absolute mayhem happening on screen? Where things were flying by so fast that you were only half-sure if your inputs were even helpful? Then you'll probably love Behemoth! It's a fairly simple game that feels like the devs threw it together in a couple months in order to bring in some more money, and frankly, I'm here for it. It's simple, it's fun, and it's $4 that will hopefully go a long way to keeping The Behemoth running and making even more amazing games like Castle Crashers and Battleblock Theater. If you get this game and are like "Wait, that's IT!?" Yeah, like...how was that not obvious? You paid $4, and got a highly polished, old-school-flash-game experience with that Behemoth flair. You're darn right that's it!
