Fun little game. It’s not super long, and the gameplay loop stays basically the same from start to finish, but it’s a solid time‑waster. I clocked around 19 hours and that was enough to 100% everything without feeling burnt out. If you enjoyed the demo, this is just more of that same charm, same chopping, same goofy progression. If you didn’t like the demo… well, it’s exactly the same experience stretched out, so nothing here is going to change your mind. Simple, repetitive, oddly satisfying. Sometimes that’s all you need.

Great Adult Humor but Clunky Mechanics 🪓🦫 Chop Chop Inc. brings some fantastic double-entendre adult humor to the table and features a genuinely funny concept where absolutely everything—even stone and iron—is harvested simply by chopping trees. While the early game is highly entertaining, the experience unfortunately gets bogged down in the later stages. Unnecessarily tedious progression, poorly responding controls during item assembly, and a rather messy mass production system drag the overall fun down. It’s a game with great comedic value and fun ideas, but the gameplay mechanics need a bit more polish to make the late-game enjoyable. ➕ Pros: Hilarious Adult Humor: The game is packed with perfect double-entendre jokes that definitely hit the mark for a mature audience. Funny Resource Concept: It's surprisingly amusing and unique that you literally harvest everything straight from the trees, whether it's regular wood, stone, or even iron. ➖ Cons: Clunky Assembly & Missing UI Features: Assembling items feels frustrating because the game doesn't respond well to your inputs. Furthermore, the crafting menus desperately need a search bar, as finding specific items among the massive list of products becomes a nightmare later on. Broken Automation & Messy Mass Production: Once you reach the mass production stage, the physics and systems fall apart. Items fly everywhere randomly, and the automatic buttons simply don't work as they should. Tedious Progression & QoL Issues: The game feels unnecessarily dragged out and tedious. You really need the ability to pin more recipes (which is a huge pain later when recipes heavily combine), and the beaver companion ("Bober") feels completely useless. Final Score: 6/10

I bought this game expecting it to be similar to other small progression games: random exploration and maybe 5hrs of gameplay. Holy crap was I wrong. This game kidnapped me for 11hrs on my first sit-down. I was glued. I think I may have left my chair once?! There's plenty to explore and develop, and the game rewards you for being curious in the funniest ways. It's a quirky game with a mix of exploration and progression. The game isn't linear - you can end up finding or doing missions in various orders, or end up feeling "stuck" only to realise you neglected something else needed to progress. I like that the game doesn't hand-hold you or "make" you do anything - except the tutorial. ;) I've enjoyed trying random things just to see if it's an achievement. I love the humor woven through the script, the deaths, and general game interactions. There might be some minor frustrations like the food buffs being so small or the number of missions to complete late-game (it does feel like the only thing left to do now is collect wood, complete missions, collect wood, complete missions) but I find it quite relaxing. Cozy chill fun. I am very tempted just to throw money in the cannon though - sans building even more furniture. :P Based on my experience, I would buy other games from the same creators. TLDR; Love the humor, a fun relaxing game. Rewards curiosity. Hours of entertainment and chill progression.
