Fun little game! Gets kinda grindy after level 4. needs a difficulty slider and also an option to turn off zombies. zombies are pointless and annoying honestly. i get some people like that stuff but id love to turn them off. also things like alerts for car accients coming in or more events would be cool.

Great foundation for a simulator. I played with friends and it runs very well without any COOP issues at all. We ran into a few bugs which is expected, but nothing game breaking. There's a decent amount of upgrades and progression for the hospital to keep you going for hours. Gameplay loop is somewhat satisfying; although, I do have some complaints. After around day 15-20 the gameplay becomes very repetitive and bland. You'll basically have seen everything there is and the only thing left to do is upgrade the hospital and level up. Hospital becomes too big for such little amount of patients coming in. Patients that come in will always have the same symptoms after awhile: NECK PAIN, NECK BLEEDING, NECK STABBING, basically anything NECK related will take over everything. I have a dedicated shelf for painkillers, blood and bandages which is quite absurd. The game really needs better symptom/injury randomization. Patients turning into zombies is the most random thing too and it doesn't explain how that works besides the symptoms to look out for and you cannot refuse patients because everyone has NECK related injuries/symptoms. Honestly, for patients that come in that have basic symptoms, their health should never decrease until they are admitted and on a bed. For life-threatening wounds their health should always decrease for sure, but overall it's quite annoying to have patients dying before they can be admitted due to the long process of checking them first and this CANNOT be faster. Would be nice if there were nurses we could hire to do grunt work like change bedsheets, be a receptionist or to check people out. The huge downside to CURE is that you cannot upgrade the receptionist desk to admit people faster before they die or turn into a zombie. As you expand, you'll have a second door where patients can walk through from the other side of the hospital, but they don't ever walk through that door and end up going all the way around. During that time they'll end up dying before we can even admit them. I'm hoping they listen to feedback and the game gets better later on. I'm giving a thumbs up since my friends and I had some fun. There's flaws and I hope they are addressed during EA.

Overall, Cure has a good gameplay loop. However, I'd like to see more singleplayer friendly features to implement automation. Being able to hire staff could improve the game's loop further. I also think the zombie aspect needs a little more fine tuning. Seeing a person transition into a zombie instead of just randomly attacking you and the other NPCs would make more sense. The multiplayer is very buggy. There were multiple instances where I would stack inventory and it would already have a box in it's place, launching into the air. NPCs would not route properly, and patients would randomly spawn outside of the zone unable to be reached. This would lead to the game not progressing into the next day. The game is still in early access, but has the potential to be great.

Even at this initial EA stage, Cure has a few things going for it: the core gameplay loop is pretty compelling, and only becomes moreso the further you go; the devs responded quickly to some initial bugs, which is always a good sign for the future; and I can see some really interesting potential in the concept, and a couple of different ways the game could evolve into something really special. Off to a good start, then!
