I've been really enjoying the game. The core gameplay is engaging, and it does a great job of making you feel responsible for managing patients & keeping everything running smoothly. There's something very satisfying about balancing all the tasks and trying to stay on top of the chaos. That said, the biggest challenge right now (for a solo player like me) is having to handle everything on your own. It can quickly become overwhelming, especially as things start to scale up. I'm really looking forward to future updates - particularly the ability to hire staff - because that would make a huge difference in both gameplay depth and overall balance. Of course, I understand the game is still in early access, so these limitations are expected. The foundation is already strong, and I'm excited to see how it evolves. Definitely a promising simulator with a lot of potential.

Played the game with 2 friends and for the price it is a really decent game with a lot of potential. Having the option to HIRE STAFF is a necessity especially for solo players. More realism would be nice. For example if a patient has a gun shot wound there should be a surgery scenario. This game has so much potential. Even in early access we enjoyed playing it together for a few hrs.

I really like this game. ONE big issue though. The controls need to be streamlined. press E, Press F, Hold left Mouse, hit G... it goes on and on. All of these commands need to be streamlined.... It makes no sense that I hit E to pick something up then G to drop it.. would I not just hit E again? Or you hit F to take an item out of a box, then G to put it back... WTF? please get on this.

Loving this game so far would love it if you was able to hire staff as doing this single player you don’t have enough time to run between each patient and get them healed before other patients start dropping like flies

I love this game! Very addicting, but it desperately needs the option for NPC workers. I want more of this game!
