make the game free and sell cosmetics. its the only way to revive this game if theres even a chance left. really fun game in its peak tho.

TRIPWIRE, don't be jerks and make the game free-to-play with paid cosmetics and peer-to-peer servers while it still has great reviews, otherwise people will continue to return the game and leave bad reviews because of the dead online, then nothing will save it. It would be a real shame, because the game is truly unique and a lot of fun

Deceive Inc. was one of the greatest games I have ever played. A nice, refreshing take on FPS gameplay with character-based abilities. It had so much potential, but just never got the player base outside of a fairly small but dedicated community, which probably played a part in preventing new players from getting into the game. So many fantastic memories, and a game I recommended to anyone willing to try it. Deceive Inc. will be sorely missed.

This game is the most unique shooter currently available. Really sucks then that Tripwire did basically nothing to advertise for it, resulting in low player-counts which eventually lead to the developers being shut down. I will NEVER forgive tripwire for not giving this game the attention it rightfully deserved. Make no mistake, this game didn't die because of balance, or poor choices on the devs part. The blame here lies solely on the publishers shoulders.
