Sublime! Desvelado is a smol fast-paced 2D platformer with clever, puzzle-style level design. The game art is really solid, with a clean cartoon style and tango music, making it clear that it's an Argentinian game. It took me two and a half hours to get through it. It's great, go for it. Although a lot of people called this a precision platformer, i would argue that Desvelado is closer to a puzzle platformer. Most of the difficulty comes from finding out in which order to trigger the lamp and not from the platforming itself. The game is pretty short and took me 50 min to get all collectable and finish it dying around 60 time in the process. However, there are achievement to finish the game without dying that add to the difficulty and replayability if these interest you. i'd mostly recommend it on sale for people who are good at platformer or full price for people who are new to them.

Charming platformer that could easily serve as "baby's first precision platformer". In each room you must turn out all the lights before proceeding to the next. The game introduces a few mechanics that lead to slightly more complex puzzles within rooms, but it never becomes difficult. I only had to stop to think about a room maybe twice. The gameplay is super responsive and fun to control, and a few levels become escape sequences similar to those in Ori and the Blind Forest which provides a nice change of pace. The soundtrack stood out; it's smooth, jazzy, and instrumentally gives those Dracula's castle vibes. Desvelado took me maybe 60 minutes to 100%, I imagine if you're newer to the genre you could get two hours out of it, but I can't picture it taking people any longer than that. Personally, I had a great time with Desvelado , as it certainly scratched the platformer itch I had. Although, I do wish the Steam achievements weren't bugged. If you've never played a jump puzzle game but want to try, this game is a good choice to start with! The puzzle mechanics are easy to understand, and the difficulty curve is well-balanced. The movement, art style, and music are all polished. I especially like Vampy's idle animation! The only moment I felt frustrated was when after completing a level, I decided to try the bonus one and had to complete the level again. But maybe that was just my problem, I rushed to solve the nearest puzzle before going for the bonus. Overall the game is really fun!

I played the game from start to finish (did not manage to finish all the bonus levels yet) in a relatively short time without any hiccups or bugs, but thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. It's a game that in many moments feels like a love letter to iconic puzzle platformers like Celeste. The level design is very captivating, with stages that seem straightforward at first and become a headscratcher immediately after. The visual artstyle is simple, but charming and does not get in the way of gameplay (the lava-themed levels are my favourite). The music is catchy and keeps the energy going: dramatic (in a lighthearted way) harpsichord waltzes transition almost seamlessly with accordion pieces very reminiscent of traditional Argentinian music. For the dev's first game release, I think this is a beautiful game and I hope it gets to reach out to a wider audience.
