Bought this game to help sharpen electronics repair skills. So far, not too bad. However resistors, transistors, and transformers are not capacitors. Not everything you see on a circuit board are just capacitors. Some of these components are correctly labeled, but I advise the developers to please add a bit more authenticity when describing circuit board components as they all serve a specific function and purpose. That being said, this simulator is very much for beginners so do not take all information at face value. Do your own research and consult a professional before attempting any electronic repairs.

Residual current breakers are not main fuses. Single phase breakers should not be protected by 3 phase residual current breakers if possible in according to our NEN1010:2015. Also the RCD test button can not be pushed. Journeyman uses uninsulated screwdriver. Breakers are not locked out and tagged out in the first mission which is an OSHA violation. Switches are installed upside down and they don't work when wired in reverse polarity. Also new switching material still uses screws instead of spring clamps anno 2024. Switchplate covers are installed with screws but the switch itself magically anchors itself to the wall. Also no water level was used to install said switch. Devs pls fix it's literally unplayable right now. 2/10 realism. 8/10 gameplay, still would recommend.

Great game, but as an electrician, I think it is kind of unfair that its stuck to the UK/ (EU?) style of Switches & receptacles. As a Canadian Electrician, would love to see the option to switch between different systems depending on location/ country. Otherwise, great game and great practice for irl! Really enjoy the workbench jobs. I'm even considering getting a solder iron for electronic repairs for myself irl!
