They took a solid 8/10 game and made it a 10/10. Rooms are about 4 times bigger, way more puzzles for each room and the graphical updates look great. I played one of the castle levels last night and i swear i thought i beat it 3 different times only for a new room to open and new puzzles to solve.

Pine Studio is a lovely dev team. They treated the first game very well and earned my trust. Now the sequel has arrived, and it improves upon its predecessor in every way. My highlights are the beautiful lighting, more interesting puzzles, and interactivity. I can't wait to see what the devs and community are cooking. ES2 is off to a great start! :lunar2019piginablanket:

Looks clean, runs great, and steps up difficultly (usable items no longer highlight, more mechanics to puzzle around). Love this game, would've bought it at $30 if they set it so. Can't wait to see the builder come out of beta (and I hope they add more customizing options for the characters outside of DLC. Maybe some more hair styles, or stuff you can unlock through achievements.)

This is how the sequels should be done! - Priced reasonably - Bigger Maps (you don't feel claustrophobic anymore) - Slightly more difficult (because of a few extra things added in, and bigger maps) - Realistic art style (lighting looks absolutely incredible) - Some much needed QoL changes - Great performance (running it on my Intel Arc iGPU) - Robust editor (lacks props at the moment, but it is a step up in all the other ways) Can't wait for the community to step in, and make some good levels.

I bought this game to leave this review. These are kind and talented devs that have shown much love to their community by steadily releasing free content. They deserve your support, so throw your 15 bucks at them!
