As a fan of the story, I’d say this is easily the strongest entry in the Garten of Banban series so far! The tone is darker, the atmosphere is heavier, and the broken-down corridors really sell the feeling of decay. But while the Euphoric Bros nailed a lot here, there are still some rough patches worth pointing out. ⚠️ Disclaimer: Mild Spoilers Ahead! Gameplay & Puzzles – 6.5/10 I felt like Garten of Banban 7 and 0 had more engaging gameplay than 8. Chapter 7 introduced that drone POV mechanic, which made hitting buttons feel intuitive, and 0 had some of the most creative, challenging puzzles in the franchise. In comparison, 8’s puzzles felt either too easy or too repetitive. Each were different in design, but having to repeat them 3–5 times drained the fun quickly. Also, most of the chase sequences were just running in circles. Mechanics – 9/10 Oh BOY! The shock remote was fun to use. Honestly, I spammed it almost as much as Poppy Playtime’s GrabPack. It’s intuitive, fun, and a huge improvement over the clunkier drone mechanics. The only downside? I do miss that POV drone feature from Chapter 7. Atmosphere – 10/10 The atmosphere is the best it’s ever been: dark, rustic, chaotic, and rundown. I genuinely felt like Syringeon was hunting me, and the level design is a major step up from the earlier games. Story – 7/10 Chapter 8 comes with some of the biggest lore drops in the series, but the ending left me disappointed. It felt abrupt and anti-climactic. There was no big boss fight and no intense chase. From the teasers, I expected a massive Banban mutation chase, but it never happened. It’s like working hard on a chemistry project but never getting to see the reaction. Characters – 6.5/10 Meeting Flumbo was easily the highlight here, even though I wasn’t thrilled with his fate. The rest of the new characters had solid designs but felt forgettable, mostly serving as set pieces for boss fights or chase sequences. Final Thoughts So, does Garten of Banban 8 live up to the series? Absolutely. Is it better than the others? Yes. But it could’ve been so much more if the puzzles weren’t so repetitive and if the ending landed harder. Compared to Chapter 7, which had a more visually striking and satisfying finale, 8’s ending felt flat. Still, the game was worth the wait, and I’m hyped for Garten of Banban 9! Hopefully, the Euphoric Bros will take note from the fan feedback on and deliver the best entry yet! Overall Rating: 8/10

this game is the best out of the 9 games we have had theres 1 problem if were in the city still why not go to the city like i know the bad is chasing us around but that doesnt mean tahyt we cant go in and losting a friend sherfiff toaster was rally sad i hope we see him the ending was great they kinda killed of sregion really guick like i know thats its been 2 games with him but i think it was just to fast flombo is great in his role everything the graphics perfect litrally the best im talking poppy playtime graphics the cahse scenes are actually scare and its a huge buff from gobb 7 and gobb 0 and the whole game series mismimicer is okay the dog is cool fulbo was aura farming the whole game i like how relieze that hes the main and the goat and yeah the new aremote cool idea and yeah i think done sorry for the typeos

By far the best banban game there is! The graphics are a massive upgrade! FLumbo is an interesting character, the story is the most fleshed out in the entire series. However it isn't without its critism - some puzzles dragged on for longer than they should, the bosses felt mostly half-baked. It's still a banban game so it has silly bits, but i was also terrified when miss mimicker first showed up and i was just scared in general. As a game in general it's good, but as a banban game it's a masterpiece!

This game is amazing, and by far the best in the series. The graphics actually look good, the clearly game has a well-written story, and there’s been other major improvements over the last games in the series. I can’t wait for Garten of BanBan: Last Ticket To The Abyss
