Interesting concept. Got to give it an upvote. I do think the UI makes the game much more of a slog. I had to give up before finishing. Do I really want to plant 200 more trees, when every tree requires me to open my backpack 10 times? Quick bar should be twice as big.

Like Stardew Valley, but all your friends are dead. Terraform your desert into a diverse biome bursting with foliage, animals, rivers and lakes, and watch your save file size grow. Some minor bugs/exploits, and lack of polish, but its to be expected from a smaller developer. I love games with atmosphere and immersion, and Green Project pulls it off. Hope to see more from the developer. Checkout Ecopunk.

It's fun, simple and for a very reasonable price. It's been a completed game for some time now, and has an open ended ending, so there's constantly things to do. Grow crops, catch and breed animals, fill the space with green and protect yourself against the fungus. Explore the mines, catch fireflies and bees. Create fishing holes by blowing things up. Watch for signs of two major events, they'll pop up the further you get into the game. Save a cat. You can pet them! Give the game a try, you'll have fun for what it is.

I like this game, it's surprisingly detailed for what it appears to be on the surface. I enjoy watching more of the world turn green as I play, even if my character is getting poisoned. I kinda had to look up some strategies, but it's enjoyable to also avoid doing that.
