very cute and fun to play. the sprits are adorable, the battle style is smooth, and its all around very calming...kinda like a cookie clicker game you can turn your brain off and play without stess

Don't trust the short-term players on this one. I admit, Kadomon is buggy. But the gameplay is not purely simplistic or random. There is depth if you care to look for it, secrets buried throughout the game, and rich synergies if you care to experiment with them - but the game does not explain how any of this works. And I'm honestly pretty cool with that. For me, discovering how the evolution system works (without a guide) and balancing the needs of a given run against the long-term goals of filling out my (kado)dex was uniquely rewarding. I think there's a ton of potential on display here, and I'd like to see this game reach the players who might appreciate it. So if you want a game that you have to explore to enjoy, that scratches the collection itch of Pokemon and the strategic itch of Slay the Spire, and you don't mind the unpolished interface, give it a try.

It may be buggy at times, it may be unfinished in places, and I may sometimes have no idea what's going on, but the art style and gameplay loop release endorphins whenever I become strong
