I have mixed feelings on this game. Pros: 1. The easter eggs are great. Lots of collectibles to find. 2. The general laundry gameplay loop is fun and I enjoyed it. 3. Progression moved along pretty steadily, didn't seem too stupidly easy but also wasn't a slog. There's also no rush to complete the quests, you can just do what you want and get to the quest objectives when you feel like it. 4. I enjoy all the customization options. 5. I haven't run into a single bug that I've noticed/am aware of. Cons: 1. I actually have very little use for the black market machines in my back room. I make so much money that I don't need counterfeit sandals or t-shirts. I only do the IDs, passports, and ATM cards because I'm not sure if I'd get in trouble for not doing them lol. Having to run these machines is just one more thing I have to do, and then I have to stress about the police showing up (unless it's after hours) so I just don't bother. 2. The 'dancers' are FULLY clothed, weirdly disappointed about that. I don't just mean they have clothes on, I mean they're literally covered from head to toe. 3. The voice lines are insanely too frequent. There are options in the settings to turn off voice lines and/or adjust their volumes, but I don't want to do that. I don't want it to be all or nothing, I just don't want myself and every NPC in the game to be talking nearly non-stop. The voice lines are actually funny and I enjoy them, but I had to turn them all off because I couldn't hear myself think. Also too much farting and burping. 4. Why is my cell phone permanently stuck to a single location on the counter? Why can't I have it in my pocket to pull out and check when I want? 5. Employees should be juuuuust a wee bit faster, particularly the cashier. 6. When you have all the dry cleaning machines set up behind the counter, navigating gets really annoying, I feel like I'm constantly bumping into something. Overall I enjoy this game enough to continue playing it. I at least want to get through the content that's out thus far and try to get my casino to 5 stars (which the discussion boards says is nearly impossible, so we'll see). I also have some collections to complete, and I'd like to get some more, if not all, of the achievements. Having said all that, I'm 13 hours in and I'm in this weird place where I want to keep playing it but I'm also not excited about it. Whatever that means.

I've got about 7hrs gameplay , theres alot to love about this game , from the graphics , the preformance , the way the washing machines function and the carpet cleaning its by far one of the best simulation games out there . so i would recommend to play this game . But i also have things i don't like and find teadious or annoying . The voice lines are way to repetitive , the farting and sneezing sounds ive had to turn down the voice lines in this game , as it was funny and qerky at first but , it gets very overwhelming after 1-2 hours in . there should be a option when you have enough money to send grandma to home , as she drives you up the wall even if you have heaps of her paintings around the place. Definetely need to implement a dryer for clothes as , ironing can be very repetitive the pants and button up shirts are fine but the normal t-shirts sometimes the ironing doesnt regesiter in spots even tho it looks like ironed . i was excited to see employees , can be hired but only for the dark side of the buisness ? it be nice to atleast have 2 workers for the laundry mat one for clothes and stock and the other for carpet cleaning . Definetely needs a multiplayer option , i could see it working out well having a friend to help do stuff around the laundry matt. excited to see what else will be added to the game .

This simulator really has all you could ask for. I love a game with a sense of humor and this one's got it. It also keeps you busy without making you feel overwhelmed. 10/10 highly recommended.

12 hours into playing the game, it is a chill game if you like the laundry aspect of it. The game is very short in story and unlocked content, but I hope the devs add more in terms of story, more interesting characters and more upgrades/deco to keep things interesting. Also for the devs, the dumpster out the back is purring, you can hear it in the left corner of it next to the window. I kept looking for a cat I could not fine

Quite fun game, they need to fix the optimisation a bit, but they seem to be working on that already. Well worth the price.
