This game is both fun to play and actually does a great job at examining and explaining the reasons why police officers are incentivized/do the brutality and crime they commit.

It's so funny to me that the majority of negative reviews are self-important Ace Attorney fans complaining that mommy didn't give them enough fanservice. This game is, if anything, trying to be the anti-Ace Attorney, digging into the destructive drudgery of policing performance reviews and at every point striving for the morally grey. The satire sits just out of view, oil's faint sheen on the water's surface, until suddenly roaring its way through the final act. As to the quality of the translation, it's clearly been improved from the photos shown, but the editor seems to have gotten either extremely lazy or extremely complacent, as the back half of the game is still riddled with spelling and syntax errors that break the flow or sometimes even the logic of the game. Overall, I feel that this game is criminally underrated and underappreciated, and my hope is that, like myself, others will comb through Somi's catalog after having played No Case Should Remain Unsolved.

Took me a while to get the hang of it. Turns out my morals and compassion were the biggest obstacles in the way of my successfully soaring legal career in Legal Dungeon. As soon as I began role-playing a cold, pragmatic career-climber whose aim is to "win" by any means I became like a proverbial tiger in the legal jungle, mercilessly preying on my next victims in order to maximize the success and political acclaim of myself and my police organisation. How realistic does this all make this game? I seriously hope it doesn't, but..
