Before we start the review, you absolutely have to install the 18+ patch from the dev's website in order to play this. It doesn't just add 18+ content. Without the patch, the Steam version is a buggy, unfinished mess that's missing a bunch of regular content as well as all the H content. It's pointless to try to play this without the patch. That said, with the patch installed, this has a ridiculous amount of content for a sister banging simulator and I don't just mean H content. It has a bunch of interesting plot lines involving bettering yourself, supporting your guild and adventuring with your sister to cure her illness. I've played for about 25 hours and feel like I'm about halfway through it so far. Though, you could probably blaze through it faster if you knew exactly how to play it. There is a lot of trial, error and save scumming involved as you work things out. In nearly all dating sims or H games, you only have to worry about stats for the person you're trying to be with. Raise their stats, get them to like you, get them acclimated to "activities", etc. In this game, though, you have stats for yourself, your sister and your guild that all have to be balanced and improved and the dev did a great job keeping everything balanced. If you aren't careful, you can easily end up on the path to a game over but once you've worked out the mechanics, it's not daunting at all. Not all activities are created equal. For example, it's a waste of time and energy to train at home. Once you realize you can get multi-stat boosts from adventure books, battles and adventuring, training at home, which only raises one stat at a time, is woefully inefficient so that frees up more time and energy to hang out with your sister when at home. There are a bunch of little min/max things like this that you learn as you play. As for the H content, it wouldn't hurt if the animations were a little better but it's pretty high quality even despite that. There's a lot of unique artwork, a lot of "activities" to unlock and if you're into the sister thing, the dev knows exactly which buttons to push to satisfy that fetish. It's also nice how it isn't always you that's doing everything. As you progress, your sister will sometimes take the initiative both in H scenes and when you're just hanging out. At first she might just initiate a conversation or give you cookies as a present but these get more interesting as your relationship progresses. Overall, this game has a ton of effort put into every aspect of it and is very satisfying as both a regular RPG-ish game and as an H game. Just make sure to install that patch before playing.

There are endings to this game. I've had 2 (almost three because god knows what happens when you run out of money to eat). I spend 3 hours playing this game with no nsfw patch. I had no idea this game had a nsfw patch at first as it /off the book cover\ looks like a simple hentai game. THIS. PATCH. CHANGED. EVERYTHING. There are entire story arcs missing without the patch - extra options to get experience and level up skills are all, simply not in the base game. The amount of ITEMS alone is insane missing from the base game. keep in mind I haven't even referred to any of the absolute degenerate madness this game also includes. And what-the-fuckary so. this game, can down bad. You as the player are not obligated by any means to deluge yourself with the nsfw portion of the game. It can be the most wholesome adventurers guild simulator rogue-like type game to play. or. or. or... straight hentai. no iffs but(t)s or anything about it. I feel like this is a psychological analysis/observation made by the government to see what would happen with the choices the game throws at you. There are some EXTREMELY questionable actions you as the player can make. and the consequences are genuine in the game as well. I have yet to get a "true ending" to the game yet and I have gotten SO CLOSE now but failed. I can see myself messing with the mechanics a bit to see if I can trigger different events/endings I wouldn't normally get. So I would say the replayability is not so bad. I feel as if I will not see the light when I die because I own this game however - 100% worth it. I had a blast and the devs put a great about of effort into detail. I would love to see a game without the hentai-esque theme by the developers because I genuinely have been having a blast with this game. If you get this game, you need the patch. if you dont get the patch, you will be very confused with lack of gameplay. Thank you for coming to my tedtalk. edit: I beat the main story and it just keeps going. I dont know when the game is going to end but I have an unhealthy amount of time in the game now. Story is still good and funny.
