Very good pixel-art and hexel vector art tool, that said, there are a lot of QoL features that would be a given for other programs that simply aren't present, and won't be added any time soon. I suggest looking for an alternative before investing in this. That said, it's fairly cheap, and is likely to go on sale, so take that as you will.
