Honestly, it was pretty fun, sad that a lot of the cool parts of the game are for the first totem and the last totem but besides that, I had good time, it wasn't challenging or too easy, sometimes had a bit of trouble with moving from scene to scene and getting out of the diary but the map fixed this issue. The story was kinda forgettable and the main character was pretty shallow, even for the character arc she supposedly goes through. I didn't encounter any bugs besides a few items glitching in and out of the hud but it was issue was resolved after the 2nd totem in which it happened in. Also glad that theres no collectables to go looking at a guide for, and thankfully ALL items in your inventory do get used and don't carry over to the next world, which is a neat touch and doesn't make the worlds feel too samey to each other and many items are used more than once to limit redundant items like knives or other sharp objects. Puzzles were also engaging and had a few scratch my head at but did have to sit on hand puzzle for a bit due to the instructions being TOO confusing, but none I had to look a guide up for along with the HO scenes being nicely done and are only revisiting once or twice per scene and world. Some scenes were hard to see items in, leading to staring at them for farr too long. But besides that, they were easy and not too many moon logic solutions. For a beginner or a casual HOG gamer, I suggest this game but only when its on sale, its very pick up and play and has a lot of pros that I did not go into but other reviews do. I had a fun time but would prolly not go and replay it myself after getting all the achievements my first playthrough.
