Very fun game, especially with familly. The graphics are really awesome for this type of game. The story isn't that great but it is here. The story from the first game was waaay more better. Overall, great familly game, it can get stressful if you don't play with any assists. Buy it.

I know other people that tried to play this game online had many issues but I think giving it a negative review based off that is doing a disservice to an otherwise improvement over the first Moving Out--- granted even this second iteration is far from being perfect. The controls at times feel a little less tight than the first game but in general nothing game breaking or frustrating ever happened, the chaotic fun spirit is still there in spades and whilst the game vibe is not full 80' anymore, it makes up in variety of sceneries and gimmicks whic work the vast majority of the time. Having three different parallel worlds to visit and do crazy stuff in is pretty cool and charming and to me it's a breath of fresh air. The music is pretty darn great all across the board and it's a nice touch for it to change pace as the time limit for the level gets closer to the end, really giving it a sense of urgency as you try to fit that last goddamn couch into the van...! My experience with it was all in couch coop so I can't really say anything about the online working or not but still, give this game a chance because it does deserve it, the fun is there and if it performs good we may get a Moving Out...! The few nitpicking I gotta do are about the whole "story" dropping the ball towards the end, it really feels underwhelming and that nothing really cool happened, whereas in the first game the plot idea for the end was pretty cute! Also, for secondary objectives in the levels you don't get a confirmation feedback whilst in the level, you only get to see if you managed or not at the end of the level which is... weird. Other than that, it was a pretty fun time, go ahead and try it!

Moving Out 2 is a great sequel to an already awesome game. Players attempt to move items from one location to another while avoiding obstacles. It plays a bit like Overcooked, with chaotic levels and so much fun in multiplayer! Similar to the original it has an assist mode which features enabling longer time limits, skipping levels after failing, reduced difficulty and objects disappearing on delivery, among others. Players can also change button mappings, user interface settings (such as font size and colour) and disable certain repeating animations on levels to avoid motion sickness.
