This game has an interesting structure because it's secretly a nakige, and instead of the H being reserved for late in the heroines' routes, it's extremely front-loaded and half the scenes are basically just played off as extremely erotic gags. Then once you enter each route and experience each heroine's story, the porn just stops, but boy, the emotional impact of everything that follows hits hard. It's a well written story imo. The characters are very likeable, which made it so the endings got me pretty emotional. Do be aware that there is a true ending , and you really should not stop until you've experienced that. A large portion of the game lies in wait after you've saved your first clear data. (As an additional bonus, you'll gain access to three additional H scenes if you continue your game after the true ending.) The token grinding gets kinda repetitive, but it's still fun if you enjoy that kind of micro-optimization. It's also totally unnecessary, because if you clear any one ending then you continue with all your previous progress and the time limit disappears, which lets you pursue the other endings without worrying about time. So basically, just do what you want. (I nearly exhausted all sub events by the 19th, which is the first day the endings are available, and I had so many leftover tokens that went to waste.)

If I had to nitpick about this game, it would be that it kind of misleads its players. It’s essentially a visual novel with a few extra steps, rather than a typical game you can actively play. You don’t have much control over the story progression, it's mostly a straight path, except for choosing which of the first three heroines you want to finish with (and one of them is noticeably easier to clear than the other two). That aside, the story in this “game” is easily one of the best currently on Steam. The lore is beautifully written. It starts off as a slow-paced slice-of-life, with just a few hints of hidden secrets. Then, out of nowhere, it hits you hard with drama and psychological horror, powerful enough to make a grown family man cry. The pixel art is very well done. Although it’s not fully voiced, the sound effects do a good job of filling in the gaps. The H-scenes are few, but they’re well-designed and don’t leave you feeling like anything is missing when you finish playing. I highly recommend this game. A solid 10/10 no joke.
