As an avid player and lover of the OG Paragon (Epic Games) from 2014-2016, I've been keeping a close eye on the development of most if not all the Paragon clones/remakes and for me, playing playing Predecessor has been the best experience. I purchased one of the Founders packs and played the game since Early Access around 2020. I really enjoy the game and feel like the Devs care and listen to the community. The game definitely takes some time and dedication to learn the and the items are consistenly updated and balanced. In order to play effectively it will take some practice and understanding (YOUR ROLE MATTERS) but once you get your character and role down its a lot of fun and extremely rewarding. The in-game currency distribution is fair. You can earn Amber (Free Game currency) remotely fast by playing, and receive Opal from Loot boxes that offer a good array of skins cosmetics and other fun account rewards. I highly suggest getting a solid group to learn and play with to avoid toxicity within the community because that's always going to take away from the joy of the gaming experience. There is also an in game explanation of the game mechanics, lanes, roles, and various modes to practice, play against the AI, play casually or if your feeling really competitive, Ranked. As an huge fan of Third person action packed MOBA's Predecessor really scratches that itch for me, and I highly recommend others try it. TDLR: Third Person just like SMITE but better looking and better gameplay, classic Toxic playerbase but when they're good the game is beautiful. OG Paragon Fan here, I've been following multiple games that took over the Assets from Epic Games and this one is the last remaining, I hope they stick through. Overall this is your usual MOBA, Toxic and entitled playerbase that blame everyone but themselves, a LOT of rage quitters that just leave or stay afk when they dont get what they want. So why am I rating this positive, well it's mostly due to Nostalgia, I've loved Paragon so I will always love Predecessor, the Gameplay is more action oriented then other MOBAS, you're right there in third Person and this is a big reason why I love this game. You don't just spectate from above, you actually aim and fight.

Captured all the good parts of the old Paragon and continues to iterate and improve. Definitely going in the right direction. Plus adding the verticality makes the game that much more dynamic than any other 3rd person MOBA game or any MOBA game out there.
