I like this a lot better than the BGA port, for sure. As far as Race goes, it's only a shame that it's popularity hasn't sustained more over the years for providing such a medium complexity experience given how quick and breeze the sessions of gameplay are.

This is one of my favorite card games ever. This version is very competent, but doesn't have a lot of flare. It's simple but gets the job done. If you are a fan of race or enjoy card games where you build an engine, then definitely check this one out.

Fast and punchy. The action of paying for cards with other cards is neat. You'll enjoy it if you like strategy and optimisation games. The economy of time - with the game finishing upon building out your tableau to 12 cards - also creates an interesting constraint.

It's wild that I can blast through this game in ten minutes against a bot without all the shuffling of a physical deck and counting VPs at the end.
