I first played Rez back on my 360. Didn't even know what I was buying when I picked it up. It's weird because it's not really something that I would typically say stands out a lot, but it definitely does in my memory. I love Rez, and the new area they made for VR is fantastic. Sadly I don't have a VR for my PC anymore, but on PS VR it was one of the games that made the VR worthwhile.

This game absolutely SLAPS. The vibes are top tier. it really is as good as the trailer makes it look. WAY ahead of its time. This game is like maybe two hours long though, so I wouldn't say its worth the 30 dollar price tag, absolutely get it when it goes on sale though. 10/10 visuals and vibes, ESPECIALLY considering this came out in 2001. Seriously get this.

My favorite game. I've completed it front to back, gotten 100% on nearly every level, and beaten it several times more after the fact. It's one of those games where, when thinking back on it, I want to play through again. It's nostalgic, timeless, undeniable, and infinite.

This game was my childhood. Play in VR mode, with two controllers. Use one as your input device, and one for "trance vibration" mode. Put it behind your back on a chair and let the music suck you in. It's like meeting synthesized god. WARNING: VR mode requires very strong VR legs. Zero vignetting and the entire game is a flying acid trip of sounds and colors.
