Finally, some good ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ food. This game balances between a calming skiing experience on a cold winter day and an ABSOLUTE COMBO BREAKER, CONTROLLER TWISTER, JUMPCORE SMASHER, 10,000 MPH, HIGH OCTANE, CRUNCHCORE of a game. Squeezing yourself in between the tightest spots to launching yourself off the highest rocks all while the physics engine attempts to keep up with the game play is exhilarating. Attempting to beat your highest score can seem daunting at first, feeling like there's no possible way you can keep up with the top tier players. But then you learn how to change the trajectory of your landing midair. Then you learn how to maximize trick points between every jump. Then you learn how to dodge with a parachute. And everything becomes clear. This game continues to prove that it's controls and general feel, albeit sometimes janky, absolutely carries you as a player as you realize that you have more power than you initially thought. This is the most fun I've had with a sports related game in a long time. This game has slowly become my go-to comfort game, with the ability to be extremely intense, or easily relaxing. Excited for the continued growth and updates to this game! We’ve already learned so much as a community since the demo, I hope this game continues to get the recognition that it deserves.

Relaxing game about skiing and snowboarding in random mountains that are very minimalistic and beautiful. It's fun, relaxing and satisfying. I recommend. And Mario Sunshine's dolphins recommend it too.

This is a damn good ski/snowboard game, but it took about 5-10 hours to fully grasp the control/scoring system. Once you figure that out it becomes pretty addictive. I bought it on sale for $8. Well worth it. It also runs great on the Deck.

SNO is off to a good start, but the game needs more updates to truly be worth more than its demo. Personally I'd like to see some semblance of control over mountain generation (more or less trees, more or less decline, more or less rocks - that sort of thing) as well as more option for personal customisation. This game is absolutely bare bones, but what it does offer (simple-controlled freeriding down a mountain) is fun. Having said this, there are other games coming on the market that may scratch this particular itch better for around the same pricepoint (any such game is not released as of yet). I'll still recommend SNO game because it's different. But if you're on the fence, grab the demo and enjoy. If this game gets more updates, notably around the areas I've listed above, then definitely give this game a much closer look. Right now the best feature is the ability to save and retry any mountains that you generate.
