A thoughtful and deeply personal title with stripped-down mechanics. The lack of dialogue or text allows you to create your own narrative through your time with four characters. Each short story will allow players to be swept away by the haunting lyrics of over twenty original, nostalgic songs.

THIS GAME IS NOT FOR ME... BUUUT: I am not the target audience for this game, but I cannot in good faith give this game a bad review. This game is beautiful, even within the span of the 20 mins I played I can tell this game is art. The music is beautiful, the character design is wonderful, the story (or rather lack thereof) is wonderful, and its clear that this game was made for pure artistic expression rather than gameplay value. ( 7/10 ) again not for me, but I still love it!

more of an interactive art piece. Playing it feels like stepping into a movie scene where you embody different characters, experiencing fragments of their lives. There’s no dialogue, no text..just simple actions paired with beautiful music. The gameplay is intentionally minimal. You might find yourself serving coffee in a diner, walking down a quiet road, or driving through the countryside. At times, it can feel repetitive or even boring but I think that’s the point. Life itself can be mundane, nostalgic, and slow, yet full of meaning when you pause to reflect. The game captures that essence: childhood, career, relationships, aging, and the quiet impact of our environment on who we become. What stood out most to me was how the game made me look back at my own past. The simplicity of the mechanics, combined with original songs, creates a reflective atmosphere that feels almost meditative. It reminded me that life’s journey isn’t always exciting, but it’s always significant. The nostalgia it evoked made me think not only about my own story but also about the journeys of others. Visually, the game uses black and white pixel art, which adds to its timeless and contemplative mood. Every scene feels carefully crafted, even if understated. It’s not a game for everyone :) some players may find the slow pace unappealing but for those open to a quiet, emotional experience, it’s worth trying

I feel like this game was created specifically for me to experience it today. It's kinda an interactive music video about the simplicity of everyday life, so it's very slow and a bit about nothing. And yet, that "nothing" kept me in tears almost non-stop for 1.5h. For 99% of people it will probably be just a boring mess, but for that 1% (myself included) so much heart, emotion and effort was put into it, that it became a deeply profound and immersive audiovisual experience. The music, script and pixelart were all wonderful. All I can really do is say thank you...

I bought this game specifically to hear more of Beícoli's music because I really liked what she did in Laika: Aged Through Blood. I got way more than I could have hoped for, it's basically 2 full albums of deeply emotional music and all the songs are bangers. All packaged into a game as a delivery system, quite fantastic. And this time we get to hear way more of her beautiful voice and mind, she's really talented I hope she's considering making an album with this kind of talent..! I feel bad I paid so cheap but I wanted to play it now, so I bought it to a friend too..! Thank you so much for this great little gem, yes I cried..!

A game not for everyone because of its pacing. It's very slow, much slower than most other games I or my friends generally play. There's no escalation, no bigger overarching narrative, no dialogues even. It's just stories about people. Or rather, it feels almost as if looking at the memories that the creators have of very mundane things, and living that for a few minutes. I enjoyed it because of that. It gave me an appreaciation for my own life, and its slower parts. If you're looking for an experience that is slow, sweet and simple, then i heavily recommend the game! !!!! SPOILERS!!!! ---------------------------------- I did not expect to recieve a gut punch in the last story. The hospital scene just... did something to me. I enjoyed every story in its own right. the crocodile was a clever introduction to everything that the game is. Short, but set the tone really well for how the rest of the game is going to play out. The mouse's train ride had me fighting my own boredom. I was enjoying myself, but i also, well, felt very immersed as the mouse. having nothing else to do but wait, and stare at the lamp and outside the cab. The biggest selling point for me was how the game didn't shy away from showing and having me play as people just living their own lives, and letting me be bored and slowly immerse myself into who these characters are. I realized halfway in the first story that the title might also have been more of a reference to life being the longest road on earth. i was kind of wondering how they were gonna manage to have 4 people chit chat on a literal road for a couple of hours. ultimately, i have gotten a lot out of this. It rekindled my appreaciation for the small things. It made me realize how... we are all in similar positions at the end of the day. How the experience of "life" i want to have, requires those slow moments. How most of us today live so fast, and never get the chance to be lost in the beauty of nature and even industrial constructs. Perhaps i looked too deep into what is otherwise a very simple set of stories, but i appreaciated it because i got this out of it. -------------------------------------------------------- 9/10 No opossums, so i'm a bit disappointed. /joking
