Pretty dang short and expensive for a standalone game. Especially one that was just an old DLC. 13 hours for $10, mind you I did get it on sale. Might try some post game stuff and might get a couple more hours out of it. If you think you need to play this prior to the much superior new Wonderlands game, there's no need. Just play the new one, they don't have any real connection between the two. Game difficulty is up there. Since the first several levels just kinda have you sink or swim when it comes to combat. The loot is trash for quite awhile. I'd say it's partly my fault for not spending any eridum on loot boxes, or never finding the black market, or what those ones gems were for. So my guns were not helping things. The rocket guns are generally pointless most of the game, because the game is very stingy with the ammo. And even in the final boss battle, I recall the final form would counter attack you if you used any explosives on it, so in the end just spamming with a SMG won the day. But once again made that entire class of weapons pointless. Unlike most Borderland games where I have to cut my self off from playing to long, this one I found my self not really doing more than an hour or two at a time. Something was missing in the the addicting BL formula. I did like not being overly OP by the end of the game, so there's that. The base games can get you a little to godly by the end(assuming you do the side missions and grab the loot). For the most part I liked the game. Just not as good as other entries in the BL lineup.

Tiny Tina, was short sweat worth every second, CO-OP was spot on had a great time with the friend playing we decided to do all the series, this was my favorite out all the games i have played. i would do all side quest to really squeeze out all its worth.

Love it - 7/10 A whole lot of game here for the money. Bunch of side missions, the game is worth a playthrough for the laughs alone. That song in Flame Rock... relax, chill song... OHHH tis good, yes... YES!!! This game is 12 years old and I didn't even know it existed until last night (7/25) when it popped up on the Store page. This game just flew right by me. It's a Pre-TTW game... I'm all for it. Loved TTW, grabbed it on release, bought all the DLC and had a blast with it. How did this game get by me?

If you are a BL fan then I recommend this stand alone game for you. It is just fun to play and if you have never played a BL game before that this would be a great start.
