The game is great fun but some of the achievements are such bullshit that you will never get playing naturally, either needing you to completely throw the game or be completely dependent on other roles thus needing you to team.

Digital Bandidos has been listening to the community as of recent and good things are on the way for the game. Worth the $5 investment for whats to come. For any prospective players of this game, it is highly recommended to learn the basics via youtube first. You are expected to know what your role does and how it helps your team, as well as basic ingame metas.

Although I am concerned about its current direction, I can't say that I am dissatisfied with a game that I have over 200 hours in. Town of Salem 2 removes some of the strategy that was present in the first game, but makes up for it with roles that are generally more fun to use. There are a growing number of micro-transactions, but these do not impact the moment to moment gameplay if you have a premium account. The game definitely has a pretty steep learning curve and can be especially challenging for beginners, but as someone who has played this series for over ten years I can say that I prefer Town of Salem 2 to its predecessor.
