The game runs fine, the map works, and I had fun with most of the puzzles. It even had a decent amount of actual hidden object puzzles. Aside from some story faults, I will recommend it. This is also one of the few hidden object games I've seen have a male protagonist, although that isn't saying much, because his only line of dialogue comes at the end of the bonus chapter and is not even voice acted. Still, though, and interesting novelty. Speaking of the bonus story, that appeared to very quickly cobbled together, and the puzzles were just arbitrarily scattered, not clever. I didn't even realize I was playing the same character until I checked the in-game journal. Honestly, the Bonus story was completely unnecessary, rushed, and actively harmed the main story that you will have only just finished. The main problem that annoyed me from the very start, however, was the fact that the game is set in the 1740's, and the narrator tells you that The Black Death has been over for about 50 years. This is in spite of the fact that THE Plague would have happened almost exactly 400 years before the story takes place. I realize there would still be incidents of bubonic plague up until the setting if the story, but they would not be spoken of with the same tone or language. This stupid error distracted me from the story the whole game, that and none of the women wearing anything close period-appropriate clothing. The main woman's clothing, in particular, is just AWFUL.

Loved the story and the game was nice, did not have any issues playing, everything was smooth. Loved the interview in the end of the main game, how interesting! The bonus story was a nice touch! :D

I really liked the ambience and the style of the game. Its rather simplistic overall but not bad at all. I really liked the extras and the base of the game. The playtime is pretty ok but i would still rather buy it on sale. All in one pretty nice. I can highly recommend it.

it's okay, some puzzles are boring though, but fun point and click / hidden object

Vampire Legends: The True Story of Kisilova is a very average and clearly dated game. It plays fine, but it brings absolutely nothing new to the genre. Worth picking up only with a solid discount, as it doesn’t justify full price. A passable experience, but far from memorable.
