Very fun and cute thematic idle clicker game. Some of the achievements seemed a bit unbalanced, like the crocodiles and skulls being by far the last achievements I earned by 10's of hours... Also I had to google how to get ghosts because if the game even did explain it I missed it (or forgot) and that information is not repeated. But other than that it's quite an original and fun time. Absolutely worth full price, but still regularly goes on 70% sale, which is less than a dollar!

This one wasn't my type of clicker. It's good for what it is, but the selling system for the potions is strange. It was really slow going, especially with no automation for the frogs, snakes, and such that ran by. I didn't like the sound effects either, which I normally never care about, but every single time the game crafts something, it makes this 2 note sound, and it drove me nuts. Otherwise, it's just a really, really slow clicker with only one way to progress, clicking a lot of creatures that run by and waiting for the game to craft the potions. There are upgrades, but I didn't know what any of them did until close to finishing the game with really tiny text at the bottom of the shop page. Even then, it's brief and doesn't explain what each thing does or why upgrading it even helps. So, get it if you are interested; it's not a bad game, just has some bad things about it. I liked the rain sounds in the game and the crickets and frogs when it isn't raining. I also liked the art style a lot. The different potions were nice and made sense with their look based on what items are used, a cute little touch.

If you're not into a game that is essentially a management/grinding simulator this may not be for you. If you enjoyed the Plantera games this is going to be literally right up your alley, basically the same concept but with a voodoo/spookier skin. You'll be growing various herbs and fruits to make and sell different magical potions, you can also raise and sacrifice animals (in a cartoony way) and have their spirits pick the vegetation for you. There's a decent amount of options and plants here and overall the whole aesthetic and music and sound effects are pleasant, and there's a certain moreish fun in gathering gold and expanding your garden. Overall recommended! if you're on the fence it's a steal for .89 cents on sale. WARNING TO ACHIEVEMENT HUNTERS: Although these achievements aren't HARD per se they are certainly time consuming, I'm 7 hours in and I'm at 75% achievements, I assume it's gonna take me another 5ish hours to mop them up, if long grind irritate you I'd skip it.

Voodoo Garden is a clicker game that doesn't stick to the formula but somehow still works. There are no words in this game, no tutorials, no explanations, everything is meant to intuitive which it pulls off rather nicely. It's a very atmospheric game. The music and aesthetics give it a very cute witchy, spoopy, gothic vibe, much like what you’d find in Cozy Grove, Wylde Flowers or Potion Craft. It has bats and all kinds of witchy-looking plants. Visually, this game is an absolute treat! The concept is quite simple: wait for a plant to grow, click it, harvest it. The produce goes into your inventory. There are recipes that automatically get crafted and sold when you have the necessary resources in your inventory. Earn enough coins, buy a new plant that drops news resources, unlock more recipes, earn more money and expand your garden. This game doesn't delve into the automation aspect most clicker games do, but it honestly doesn't need that. It's very cosy and relaxing to just get into the flow of clicking everything, adding new plants, fattening up a chicken and turn it into a ghost - what? Yes, that too.
