Absurdly fun with friends. This is a game you can play for hours upon hours and get large amounts of funny and endlessly replayable clips. Also works on literal potato computers whilst remaining graphically appealing even in 2026. Really wish they would make a true sequel to this game as all the other worms games stray from or don't have the advancements Revolutions made to the series. It hits the sweet spot of fun worms skill based chaos while also adding new dimensions of both skill and luck through the new and improved physics and wind systems that make things even more chaotic. Would strongly recommend buying, but only on sale. Buy it and gift it to some friends. DLC's are good too, but not necessary and a little overpriced. Get those on sale as well, but you only need the host of the sessions to get them in order for everyone to be able to use them.
worms revolution is a game that innovates. a lot. sometimes its innovations are good, sometimes they're bad, but they tried to change up the formula and add some new concepts to the franchise. a remarkable fact about this game (and something i forgot to mention in my worms reloaded review) is that it was released on mobile, as worms 3. i'm 99% sure it's either the same game or at least a very similar mobile adaptation. it's got some cool stuff (object physics, water, etc) and it's got some bad stuff (so far, only the whole having to buy worm soldiers thing imo) but it was (and is!) still nice ol' worms.
