This diner had a lovely ambiance but the waiting staff was unfortunately quite slow and it took around 800,000 years to get my ice cream

This was great! Not too emotional, kind of surreal, mysterious, and relaxing. I thought it was abstract but it was rather concrete, which I liked. There was also a song that I was forced to listen to on repeat for 20m or so that I enjoyed a lot.

One of the most charming experiences you'll ever have in a visual novel-type game, especially if you explore every option. The entirety of the story, as advertised, is set in a diner, and I very much enjoyed it. We follow a character who, after studying for an exam, decides to go out in the middle of the night to get food from a diner known as Moon Palace. For one reason or another, we get stuck in this odd diner that clearly isn’t right in many ways. The game does not hide its absurdity at all, and the small area that is the diner feels like a gateway into a different world. Soda machines contain bizarre drinks like penguin soda. A restaurant without any exits. Here, you’ll also meet the distinct and quirky characters who will be along for the ride. Enjoy the Diner is a bizarre, short experience that has left a lasting impact on me. With its charming characters and its unique way of conveying themes of time, stagnation, and love, it’s one of those games you must experience for the first time without knowing much. It presents a sense of purgatory that will eventually become a comforting feeling throughout the game. I cannot go to a dinner anymore without thinking of this game. It's great. The music and the art are what make this game so memorable to me. Add to that an interesting story with some thought provoking comments and you've got something very special. I played this along with my wife for a few nights and, months later, we still talk about it. To the dev: すてきなゲーム本当にありがとうございます！
