Pros: -The women are beautiful and sexy. -The women wear many sexy outfits including a French maid outfit, gym clothes, swimsuits, yoga clothes (while performing sexy yoga). -The English sub-titles are pretty good but not 100%. -You can fast-forward or rewind scenes that you've already watched. -$4.99 is a fair price (sales price). Cons: -While it has decision trees for 100% achievements, these trees are more difficult to navigate as other games are. -Not clear as to your achievement %.

TL;DR: Short, simple Chinese FMV game where you're a delivery guy turned CEO surrounded by four beautiful women with their own drama. Story is ridiculous, but that's not really why you're here. Worth it on discount for fans of the genre. Full Review: Secrets of the Heartbeat is a pretty typical Chinese FMV game, and by that I mean: short runtime, over-the-top plot, and a focus on beautiful actresses more than storytelling. I finished the entire game and got all the achievements in about 4 hours. You play as a delivery driver who suddenly becomes a CEO—yes, really. But hey, at least you’re not poor like the protagonists in similar games, so that’s already something different. There are 4 main girls: Dong Dong – Your secretary and an aspiring dancer who’s deep in debt after failing to launch her studio. Qi Li – A serious actress and model with strict parents, managed by your company. You Jia – Another company talent, focused on livestreaming yoga and meditation. She has a heavy backstory involving an abusive marriage. Le Le – A random part-timer who doesn’t even believe you’re the CEO (and honestly, who would?). The game doesn’t lock you into any “path” like many other FMV titles. You can explore every girl's scenes and just pick whichever ending you want. It’s low-pressure and very straightforward—there are no QTEs or minigames, just simple choices. As for the story... it’s ridiculous, sometimes to the point of parody. But it kind of works because it never takes itself seriously. Each girl’s ending basically turns into a joke or comedy twist, which made me laugh more than once. Ranking the girls (based on personal bias, since the story doesn’t matter much): Dong Dong > You Jia > Le Le > Qi Li Le Le actually surprised me—her character is pretty basic, but the actress really sells that “girl next door” vibe and bumped her up in my ranking. Final thoughts: If you’re into FMV games like this, grab it on discount (I got it for ~$3 after conversion). Full price? Probably not worth it unless you're a collector or genre fan. Also, don’t miss the bonus photo/video content in the achievements menu—it’s a nice little extra once you’ve unlocked everything.

Honestly wasn't expecting a lot because of the reviews but really loved this! One of my faves after Knowledge or Know Lady and Five Hearts Under One Roof. Plays well, has achievements, pretty girls, nice scenes and a funny story (we're actually the rich guy for once)

3 hour to finish most of the route at first, due to story (Super short and not really has anything. Its like I bought this game for service VDO.) I want to rate this game compared to my other FMV games experience as 1.Charming Heart 2.Five Heart Under One Roof 3.This game** which is not really good but there are two elements that exceed others 1.ambient music is really good ... thats not just good but they really care the mood at that time. They really made me felt something in that scene 2.They take out grinding mechanic (that normal FMV dating games have) you can play from start till ending as one canon without having to come back to choose other routes. So in conclusion its difficult to judge there are some elements that are better than other game for sure but the story is cliche and no creativity at all is flaws too. So... I dont know lol
