Who doesn't like rage quitting because you can't make a cuppa tea? As infuriating as it might be, this game rides an interesting line between peripheral smashing and laughing through the tears. Your frustrations come in waves where you're "dammit all to hell" and come back for one more cup of tea, swearing you'll get it this time. If you're expecting some deep, meaningful game play, you won't find it here. If you're looking for something stupidly absurd, then I recommend you give this a shot (of espresso). PSYCHE! No coffee. 6/10 Ampu-Tea is a rage game where you play as a mans very-difficult-to-control robot hand trying its best to make tea. Ampu-Tea was a fad game mad popular by YouTubers a long time ago (2013) to rage induce the masses. The controls are meant to be buggy and the game is exactly what it says it is. That being said; the gameplay will make you want to pull your hair out and wish you never downloaded it which is exactly what it aims to do. Guided by a witty brit voice it is a unique gameplay experience but it just isn't worth the price it's put at. The achievements take around 3 hrs to get but it has maybe 30 minutes of actual gameplay. Revisiting this review a total of 11 years later because I just 100% the game. This game is a pain to 100% with the last achievement being to open and close the game as fast as possible 500 times. It took me about 4 hours of spamming open and alt+f4. 70/100 would recommend on sale I like this game and I like the controls like surgeon sim, but there is only one thing you can do, make tea and add some things pros: Fun controls fun hand physics hard but fun Cons: Hard difficulty with bad controls barely anything you can do repetitive. The game is missing a lot and in 2025, there are so many better games for your buck.

I gotta commend this one for not looking like an asset flip i have no clue how many of the models are original but they work well together and brewing a cup of tea is actually quite challenging Like most others, i came here back in 2014 after having just played through surgeon simulator and as you can guess from my playtime the novelty wears off rather quick unfortunately. but hey, if you see it on sale, there are worse places to spend those 50 cents
