Pros: Beautiful plot where you get to know a bunch of people in Bellariva in the 80’s Soundtrack amazing, and it's fully voice acted. The restoration isn’t too difficult and you get to learn more with each round without a tutorial. Cons: A little bit too short, could easily add more things to restore. Would like to get to know a few more characters than the four that we meet. The restoration was a bit too easy at times, would like something more complex. A sweet little storybook accentuated with very pretty repair puzzle sequences! As Maria repairs sentimental items in Bellariva, she helps to repair relationships within the town as well. Another reviewer commented that they felt the story was designed solely for the young -- I disagree. I think it's a chill and cute experience for all ages -- an adult will probably see the little morals of the storylines coming, but it's always good to be reminded of those lessons -- with the busy lives and worries of adults, they're quite easy to forget after all. Younger children may struggle a little with the repair sequences and need adult help; I think this game would be ideal for a parent and child or an older relative and younger relative to play together. I will say that the repair sequences can be a little finicky: you have to pay attention to your mouse to ensure you're performing the right action when you click, but occasionally it's a struggle to get the game to register the action that you want to do. A couple of times I got stuck for a bit because I knew what I was supposed to do but not HOW the game wanted me to do it. Maria can chime in with helpful hints, but sometimes she prompted me to do an action that I'd already done and other times she'd have no hints at all despite my project being assembled but not functional. In those instances, you'll just have to disassemble the item and examine each piece from all angles to figure out what you're missing. It's a short experience, but a complete one that's worthy of the price point. If you like cozy, aesthetically pleasing games then I recommend adding this one to your library! ✨

It was short and fun, got it for cheap, like less than $1.50. So I think for that price its fine. The "puzzles" are simple yea, but its an interactive element in an otherwise comic book styled visual novel. Story was a bit generic and predictable. But on sale, I'd recommend it.

A short and sweet game about repairing objects that leads to learning how to repair relationships. Beautiful art, lovely sound track, nice voice acting. The only tiny quibbles I have are that the movement of objects can be a bit finicky and more than once I was a very little bit irked by having to pick up the screwdriver for each screw in turn rather than holding the screwdriver and unscrewing everything all at once. All in all this is a beautiful game about a few hurt people and their journey towards mending themselves and their connections to those close to them.

Super casual 'day in the life' game that while not long, is actually pretty engaging, even for adults. Working holiday narrative, nice art style and pretty straight forward reassembly 'puzzles' mised in. Got it in a bundle and I think for like 80% off its an automatic yes, 7/10. Break even 5/10 for me would be at 33% off.
