I really wanted to like this game and if I was better at video games it would have probably clicked for me. I enjoyed the parcouring a lot and wish the game was more focused on it instead of fighting enemies. I got hardstuck on the level where you ring the bell. I simply can't kill all the enemies. I still want to recommend this one because I don't feel like the game deserves a bad review over a skill issue.

General pros: - really fun, adrenaline-inducing, fast-paced gameplay - interesting visuals (although pretty simple) - really good soundtrack that perfectly captures the feel of the game - peak level design - fair time constraints for medals - relatively balanced weapon roster - cool (but vague) lore - fully suported level editor and workshop compatibility - arachnophobia mode and blood customisation for those who need it - in-game leaderboard and player racing that complement the game's speedrunny nature - supports many languages - fun-to-search-for secrets (and even a weapon that helps you with it) General cons: - level 3-9 - aggressively flashy visuals sometimes (this was the first game I've played in a while that made my eyes hurt after a long time playing) - unnecessary leveling system - really confusing on first playthrough, but I guess that's just a thing with every game So overall the pros greately outweigh the cons, I recommend this game to everyone (especially fans of the genre). There is a great amount of polish for a (mostly) single developer's first game. As someone who was a fan of the demo I am happy to say that my opinion wasn't impacted negatively upon the full game's release. Well done Blarg!

An amazing game and a titanic effort for a solo developer. It took me exactly 21 hour to get all of the Hex medals and other than maybe two levels being somewhat forgettable, the entire experience was amazing. I genuinely wonder what new project the dev will be working on. Also, I somewhat believe that the demo was almost TOO good and that it probably hurt the sales somewhat since personally I've spent so much time in the demo that I almost couldn't be bothered to buy the full game (which obviously would've been a huge mistake lmao). Great game, 10/10

Mixed feelings on this one. The raw movement and speed feels really, really good. When the level has a good flow, it definitely has the vibe of 'just one more run, i can get a better time', hence the positive review. Sadly sometimes the game decides to throw this flow out and locks you in chaotic quake-style arenas, which I personally just don't enjoy. A fair warning - the game is extremely frantic. If you're not used to fast movement shooters, or come from a more methodical speedrunning game like Neon White, it might be hard to adjust. I feel this the most in combat segments. A ton of constant reorienting yourself and snap aiming in those. Starting from chapter 2 the game starts to focus much more on combat than just raw movement. More and more levels start including seemingly unskippable combat arenas, and the general amount of enemy spam with projectiles getting shot at you at all times goes way up. For me much less enjoyable than the early levels.

I've been following the development of this game ever since Blargis released his first devlog. It's so satisfying to see a project actually come to completion. The game was amazing, for the small price tag of 20$ you get an amazing game!
