Honestly this game was pretty good,i didnt have high expectations from it but i turned out to 100% the game in one sitting,The game has some funny moments (it sometimes tries too hard to be funny) but the little sandbox'y style of gameplay in this typa game is pure fun (until those darn crafting missions) and the side quests were honestly enjoyable, the graphics is not the best but it fits, and the stupid psychics combined with a game about bum's makes it all so enjoyable,8/10 i would recommend getting on a sale tho

GTA: Trevor's Golden Days Jokes aside, it's simple, funny and well done. Bunch of silly cameos. A great game doesn't need to have a complex story or mechanics just like a great song doesn't need a extravagant guitar solo.

Games with "Simulator" in the title are usually basic and janky, but Bum Simulator has a bit more personality to it than other ones of this type that I've played. Sure, the AI is dumb as a rock and some of the activities are too repetitive, but the main story is pretty funny and some of the side activities are rather enjoyable. The rich guy who pays you to do horrible things for his amusement offers the most entertaining side quests. The game is short and not very difficult so you shouldn't have too much trouble keeping yourself fed, watered, and healthy. However, some of the timed side quests can easily fail if you don't have the right upgrades, but you can always wait to do them. There is a crafting system that allows you to build a massive bum fortress, but you aren't required to invest that deeply into it to finish the game. It is fun, however, to watch enemies getting rocked by all of the bottle launchers you can put down for defense while you work on becoming the Tobacco Lord of the city with your legion of bum servants. The pigeon abilities you learn and can upgrade are really powerful and it's fun to hurl a bunch of enemies into the air with pigeon tornadoes. The cops don't stand a chance even at a five star wanted level if you have fully upgraded abilities. If you like crude humor and causing mayhem, Bum Simulator will interest you.

I walked outside, begged people for money, flipped off and pissed on a Karen for not giving me money, sent my army of pigeons to deal with the cops, went back to my spot underneath the bridge, and started playing Bum Simulator. Overall the game is great and fulfills it's goal of letting you live like a bum! I wasn't expecting a main story plot or anything so I was pleasantly surprised! Feels a lot more polished than I was expecting from a "simulator" game too. You also collect materials and use them to add production stuff to your base to get different materials to progress the story or to defend your own base against raids. I wasn't a fan of the base building mechanics or the LARGE need for so many different materials for the story quests, but this game was still a great time!

Obviously a low budget game, but the developers have clearly put a decent amount of passion into it. This isn't something that is going to blow your mind but I believe it is worth the money (especially on a sale). The gameplay is basic but varied, and the world has a lot of personality to it. Personally I played for bursts of 30 mins to an hour and had a decent amount of fun killing time with it. Beyond this there isn't much to say. It isn't really a sandbox- so don't expect pure sillyness. It's quite hard to describe... a story-driven crafting game? Is probably closest. It's quite satisfying to 100%, too.
