Its fun, but game is way too easy, 0 challenge whatsoever. Allot of mechanics that are completely unnecessary, just buy any car and put it on the lot for the most you can and eventually someone will pay full sticker price for non-drivable hunk of rust. There's a rival dealer mechanic that lasted 5 days before they just added a setting that turns him off. (lazy) The driving mechanic gets boring fast, all vehicles feel the same. No suspension means a curb sends you into orbit. There's like 7 car models in a game about selling cars but its a small team so I guess its forgivable. I got about 40 hrs of enjoyment before hitting reputation 10 in which you unlock the final building/perks and there's no reason to continue the game now, it just ends with hardly a congratulations, and you, with a massive complex in some backwater town for you to continue selling the same cars you've already sold 100 times. I personally would like to see either more cars or the ability to customize more than just paint. Or a punishment system for literally anything lol make bad driving cause damage or running people over lose reputation. Have an investigator buy a car undercover to check if your doing things right or not (taping mufflers, adjusting odometer) Give me a bat to beat the rival with instead of just "press E". Let me get drunk at the bar. Add little pointless things to do in the shop for immersion. Vehicle trade-ins, customer vehicle repairs. A "Customs" body shop where customers can request customization of vehicles (like pc building sim but for cars) ...just to name a few things. Also, the photo booth backdrop image is terrible btw, a couple options to choose from would be nice. I did allot of complaining for a thumbs up but, the game IS GOOD and I just want it to become even better. {[EDIT] I just went to the store page and there is a screenshot of 3 vehicles I have never seen in game yet and I'm at max reputation, wtf? The fancy truck, the outback looking suv and the crown vic have yet to spawn or don't exist anymore...}

Been playing since launch day, definitely alot of fun. I really hope they add more to the game, because I'm already 80% completed, and without restarting the game to completely refresh the game to continue the grind, I can see this getting old and dying off. I think simulators like this are fantastic, but adding things like a service department for customers to fix their cars at, making up different prices for repairs, selling parts at your dealership to people as well and making profits that way, and maybe just overall more of a dealership feel. I work at a car dealership and I think this simulator could be alot more immersive and in-depth. I'd be happy to assist and provide more feedback if needed. Other than that, fantastic game guys!

Only just a short way into the game. But so far. No major issues. No problems with running the game. Did have one single crash. But considering the age of my PC (It's old motherboard, and CPU are almost 8 years old) The games running smoothly. After a few hours. I've crashed once more during a reload, for which a hot fix immediately followed. I've not had any other issues. Gameplay wise. It's a nice and relaxing game really, There is at least several varieties of vehicles. Not a lot but still not bad either. I personally enjoy the concept of being a questionable car dealer. For it's asking price of $30 AUD. I do think the game has enough content, and gameplay to be worth it. However. There are some parts of the game that feels shallow. Take for example. You can cover holes in the exhaust. But that is about it for part repairs. I feel that they could, and should take this concept further for dodgy repairs. Instead of just focusing on replacing parts. Give us ways to repair those broken parts. preferably in dodgy ways.Such as for example give us a way to repair the damage engine, like welding cracks or some such. I'd also like to see more variables in damaged vehicle bodies. Right now it's just rust, and everything else is cleaning and making it shiny. I'd like to see for example dents, scratches, maybe some parts of the body coming loose, that you need to in a most dodgy way, glue back on to the vehicle. Cracked windows, missing mirrors. Things like that I think would flesh out the current game. But although I am seeming talking about a lot of missing stuff. I have had a nice to time with the game, and do recommend it for anyone looking for a relatively simple tycoon car sim game.

Car Dealer Simulator is a addictive game with a solid foundation. I haven’t run into any bugs so far. The core gameplay loop is engaging, especially if you're into business sims or car mechanics. That said, there are definitely areas for improvement. The graphics could use a bit more polish, and the driving mechanics feel pretty janky. I was hoping that upgrading car parts would improve driving and handling, but so far I haven’t noticed any change—maybe it’s a feature planned for the future? The progression can feel a bit slow, and it’d be great to have more ways to earn XP to keep the momentum going. A few things I'd love to see added: A delivery service for parts to save time Character perks, like expanding inventory space More customization options overall For an EA title, it’s definitely playable and has that “just one more job” kind of draw. But to keep players hooked long-term, the devs will need to deliver consistent updates and fresh content. Still, I’m excited to see where it goes.

For anyone dreaming of owning their own car dealership and eager to step into the role of a savvy merchant, this game offers a delightful experience. The detailed vehicle repair, in particular, truly shines here. The game boasts a solid foundation and promising potential. It's enjoyable to spruce up old clunkers, negotiate cleverly, and expand your business piece by piece. You really feel the thrill of turning scrap into profit. However, potential buyers should be prepared for possible technical difficulties, and also consider that certain aspects, like customer interaction, could benefit from more depth. If the developers improve these areas and continuously evolve the game, "Car Dealer Simulator" could become a real gem.
