Why Why Why SO MANY negative reviews? This is the best bus sim ever. I was delayed buying it because of the bad reviews but so glad I did. Lots of corners and hills. A well designed business model. Employees, additional things like shopping for supplies, repairs, spare parts and breakdowns. Lots of graphic adjustments. (so many people say the graphics are stuttering or causing crashing). Yes its got some serious scenery but its also got a lot of ability to scale the graphics down. (people have commented on no traffic settings or blur settings, this has got both and everything I would expect from graphic settings). Maybe people are too impatient to set it up to thier PC correctly. Once you do its great. Same controls as Fernbus, one of my favourites and lots of great scenery on a medium sized but detailed map. Fernbus got a little boring driving the long routes, this is lots of short routes and winding roads. Great fun. The add on busses in Fernbus also work in this too. There is a car that you can use to get around quickly, and the handling of that is not the best...BUT this is a BUS sim not a racing game. Some reviews compare it to GTA or rally games. Thats not what this is about. This is about navigation, scenery and running a business, not racing. This is my favourite driving game of all time. Well done and don't be put off by the reviews. Sometimes it takes some different thinking to create those all time great games.
I have played this game on the PS5 and it's a good game, not great, but good. Graphics are nice and I run it maxed out with no issues. Sounds seem realistic enough though I'm no expert. I bought it here in the sale for the hope it would have wheel support as people are saying they're playing it with a wheel. My Thrustmaster wheel technically works, but: - the steering angle is off and this makes turning really hard to judge. - FFB works when it feels like it, but mostly doesn't. - assigning the gear change to the gear paddles in the assisted set-up works fine, but even by giving indicators their own assignments, the gear paddles also activate the indicators. - doesn't save accelerator/brake pedal states so have to go in every time and reset them or it reads as 100% activation and you either speed or emergency brake.
