**GOOD GAME FOR KIDS** Listen guys, the game is alright. It felt entertaining enough even though most of the mechanics are repetitive, and I think it is marked correctly for its target audience being kids. Think of it like a mobile app, and funny enough they actually do have a mobile app for this game and it's free, although I'm guessing you probably have to pay to unlock the rest of the levels. In terms of pricing, it is pretty good, especially when it goes on sale. Pine Studio is really good at making games and Escape Simulator speaks for them. This game also comes with achievements and trading cards, so extra points for that. In terms of gameplay, it is very repetitive, but thankfully you don't get bored right away because they change the scenery every 4 levels. Sometimes I was wondering if I ended up encountering a bug, especially during some of the early and final levels, but I'm still not entirely sure what was happening. The mechanics are not always as simple as click and drag. Sometimes you have to do other things like hold something in place or rotate it. I did find a couple of people in the discussions talking about the same suspected bugs, and the community was recommending exiting the level and coming back. I tried that and it actually worked, making the mechanic much easier to do so I could collect the cat. The hint option is kinda buggy though. Sometimes it shows missing walls or invisible cats, but that doesn't happen every time. I also found it annoying that when I launched the game I was thrown directly into the tutorial instead of the main menu, where I would rather check my settings before starting. Oh, I also have to mention that the levels are extremely easy to complete, but not necessarily in a bad way because the game moves between simple puzzle problems and finding collectibles. I got all the achievements, and I didn't like that I had to restart a level for the "Pilot" achievement because once you collect the piece that is on top of the drone, you can't ride it again. The postcard images on the back that you have to use to unlock the secret level were very clever. That one threw me off because it was a step more advanced than the normal puzzles in the game. I didn't understand it at first, maybe because I was hella blind and wasn't looking closely enough at the details, but I eventually figured it out and unlocked the secret. The secret level itself feels more like a nostalgic compilation than some hardcore puzzle, and I actually liked that. What I didn't like was the 4 code part because you have to exit the level in order to check the stamps. I would have rather had the code stay true to the level instead of making me search for the answer outside of it. That's pretty much it. The credits were cute with the message about helping cats. Good game.
