An early banger for Chilla's Art, this is the start of their short and efficient, J-Horror walking sims. Very effective scares imo, and an intriguing mystery that carries you right along. A fun hour of dread.

Stigmatized Property | 事故物件 by Chilla’s Art is a very short horror game that can be finished in about an hour. Despite its brevity, it manages to tell a small story and build some tension. As with other Chilla’s Art titles, the visual style stands out: it feels like watching found VHS footage, complete with distortions and visual noise. The game is kept simple and minimalistic, but it succeeds in building a moody atmosphere. Conclusion: If you’re short on time but in the mood for a quick horror experience, Stigmatized Property is a solid choice. Perfect for a short horror trip in between. 6/10

NOT SPOILER FREE one of chilla's stronger games imo! it's short, effective, and wasn't jumpscare dependent, instead driving in a looming sense of paranoia. what worked for me: the story was clear, understandable despite being slightly vague, the ending really tied well into the newspaper article that we read earlier in the game. you had to explore and interact with the environment to progress the game, and the graphics really added to the atmosphere they were trying to go for, so world immersion was good getting the good ending was relatively easy. they didn't tell you what to do, but i could figure it out with relative ease petty concerns: i got this glitch where my character would keep walking even when my hands were off the keyboard settings menu was very limited for the length it could be free to play or cheaper?
