Probably the best Power Ranger game out there that isn't a fighting game. It might also be the only one so take that as you will.

This game is very good! And i enjoyed my time with it. Very funny, and the premise is great. However; replay value is meh. I think it does have alternate paths with different storylines, but I never really bothered to play more than once due to the combats sluggish pacing and lack of variety in objectives and enemies in later segments. Mech battles were also boring as hell. but still; I enjoyed my time with it. and is 100% worth at least 1 playthrough. Give it a go!

Really solid turn based combat game. Extra objectives in combat makes turn based combat more interesting and give depth. Monster designs and concepts were fun for people who were Power Ranger fans as kids. Story pays homage to cliches of the genre. Combat mechanics were a little simple but work inside the confines of the game. Some objectives in some missions were somewhat too easy to achieve but this may be due to story. Recommended for people who enjoy tactical turn based combat, plus if you watched Power Rangers

After Beating this game 100% , I can safely say that this has been one of my favorite rpgs in recent memory. Chroma Squad is filled with love for the sentai genre and you can see it every aspect in the game. From the varied suit customization to the many references of the tropes we are all familiar. Chroma Squad never failed to make me smile. Gameplay-wise it is a very simple turn based rpg. Nothing new or revolutionary but it works well with what it has. Despite its simplicity, the game is great at letting you feel each hit that is landed. Especially the critical hits (they are super satisfying). And the variety of weapons in the game allows for freedom of playstyles. The new game+ is honestly ok. Doesn't really offer much other than having the earlier levels being more challenging and new gear! I honestly recommend playing the game on normal then do a separate file on challenging difficulty. As for the cons the game in my opinion does get a little repetitive in the middle. With things not really picking up until the last 2 season that you have to do. But despite that I had a lot of fun completing this and I hope others will share the same sentiment!

Its campy as heck. The gameplay gets pretty repetitive. Play for the sentai jokes, quit if the repetitiveness of the gameplay gets too boring.
