Tons of fun solo, or with a friend doing the co-op maps. Great "can totally do this better if we just..." sort of thing. Mostly very skill based with a bit of luck that is manageable. Highly recommend buying one of the packs, as if you play longer than 30mins on any free to play game, you really should support the guys giving you that enjoyment. As it stands, the progression system allows for full and total cosmetic and weapon option unlocks just by playing. It is mostly balanced but you'll have to be wary (as always) in the PvP modes, as for example very open maps make sniping without seeing people super easy...and close quarters maps without a shotgun leaves you constantly dead. The real fun though is pushing for those 3 Star (Veteran) completions of PvE maps in Co-Op mode, although perfectly fine to push through solo too. Great clever moreish fun, give it a go. GAME ON!
