On the surface this may seem a simplistic game...and it is for all intents and purposes. easy to pick up and play. challenging and still relaxxed yet full of action! hours and hours may be spent trying to get a map beat juuuust right so that you receive the maximum badge. fantastic tower defense game. dont miss out on the first Defense Grid either! less options in upgrades but in many ways a even better experience capable of eating hundreds of hours blissfuly :D

This review is valid for both Defense Grid games, DG2 and the 1st one DG :The Awakening. Both Defense Grid games are the some of the very best of the tower defense genre games that I have played. And since I like the genre I have played quite a lot of them . Highly recommend if you like Tower Defense games.

It's good modern tower defense game. Works fine and voice acting is a plus. You can save any time. There's multiple "challenge" options for every map. It's a bit too easy on normal, a lot easier than the original, and after completing the story mode there's not much to do. I would appreciate an official expansion with more challenging levels.

I only need 4 co op achievements to unlock them all. This is still the best Tower defence game around. Help me. I'm 46. This is on my bucket list. Time is short lol.
