It is an amazing game for relaxing while listening to something in the background. The gameplay is pretty simple and casual, but metaprogression can get quite deep and complex the further you go. It allows you to create really crazy builds for the endgame to absolutely dominate normal mode which feels very satisfying. My latest record is clearing 999 depth in less than 3 minutes while collecting almost everything on the way :) The ruins level also adds a lot of value to the endgame and keeps you motivated to work on improving your build further and beyond.

This game is a really good one. It is polished despite its graphics. Playing the demo is how I determined that I wanted to buy the game. I paid $4 and got 20+ hours of game play. After 20 hours, I experienced all aspects of the game. However, there is plenty more to do. I also found the game on the google play store. It was free, but you'll have to watch ads. It was better to pay for this game. However, if you are tight on money please support the dev by playing the phone version of the game. And of course watch many ads. This game is a great stress reliever after a long day at work. This game can be played casually. You can grind your way through. On top of the grinding is strategy; completely optional. Both grinding and strategy are balanced very well. The strategy comes in the form of drill builds (equipment). It can get complex if you desire to do so. I wont summarize the demo. I recommend playing it. I wanted to point out that you eventually unlock the ability to reform the ground. Ores, etc. are renewable. The "etc." is for the neat things you will unlock later. Reforming the ground will give you bonuses that allow for a grinding play style. There is additional equipment beyond drills. This is where the strategy comes in. How do you combine your equipment? Have you reached the bottom of the world? Well the game does not stop there. Now you unlock something else that requires strategy when digging. Or you can stay where you are at, the choice is in your hands. If you are still bored, I challenge you to figure out how to blow up the entire map. Not all at once though. That would be too boring.

I came in expecting a fun little three-hour timewaster, but what I got was a game that's both literally and mechanically much deeper than it looks. Drill customization is top notch and the Tetris-styled crafting mechanic is very fun and satisfying to get the hang of. Unlocking new ores and seeing their shape, type and extra drilling power is so much more engaging than "hey, this sells for 50% more than the last one!" If you aren't yet convinced, play the demo and see for yourself. This purchase is one that you will not regret!

After playing A Game About Digging A Hole for a while I ended up finding this and I must say it scratches the same itch. Brain off, just dig. Motherload fans will absolutely love this game, and the ascension system it uses. Having a great time just digging a hole!

Amazing Game. There is some Engrish in here that makes some things confusing. So ill list a few here. 1. In the tutorial it says "BREAK THE GLOBES!" or something along those lines. Those globes are the health regen for blocks that can heal themselves. When you break the orbs the blocks health slows down its regen. 2. Dig Speed is your Drills Speed. Dig Power is how much it hits per block. 3. The cogs are not permanent and can be swapped for other perks at any time. use this to your advantage. REVIEW: Amazing Incremental game. Starts very slow, but if you start by digging straight down in a line, you can get powerful quickly. Drill speed is your best friend, power second, and BLASTS of all kinds are worth your time. Bomber is goated and youll see why. Amazing game that ive had as much fun with as Gnorp Apologue, Digseum, and the slew of other indie incremental games. The time you see (10.4 hours at time of writing) was all done in one sitting. Props to the dev for making an easy to understand and very fun little game!
