I enjoyed my time this game, I think you should play it. I don't think this game is very good and is entirely carried by it's graphics and characters. All the characters are very fun and pretty well written even if they don't have the most depth and their issues are solved a little too quickly and easily. But it's nice to have to do things like snap your friend out of making a stupid decision or help a rich kid realize that all his friends are using him for money. This excludes the main character Chris who is one of the most infuriating stupid protagonists I have ever had to deal with, this guy is in his 20s and is only now realizing that mixed race couples can be a thing. He's insanely delusional and it seems like no matter what you can't snap him out of his stupid time machine thing until the very last important decision in the game, despite some what some earlier options say. I appreciate the attempt of making a character so blinded by grief but it is really not handled too well. The time machine in general is just super nonsensical and takes me out of the game every single time it's brought up. The game's description really doesn't lie when it says that it has cyberpunk aesthetics, while they are absolutely beautiful in some cases I do have to say that this game is really only cyberpunk aesthetically. Sure it mentions police and gangs and poverty and tech oppression but apart from a short plotpoint (that doesn't really lead to much) these things that define the cyberpunk genre are really just background dressing. And maybe there's nothing inherently wrong with that but it's something that I personally don't like too much. I do like how right to repair laws are given a focus (though a small one) it's not really something you see in Cyberpunk much. Gameplay looked really appealing to me at first, I was excited to see how it would expand and involve and become more complicated as the game goes on. But it never did, you either cut out a shape and glue it on, take a part out and swap it, or scribble all over whatever you're fixing. It becomes less actual gameplay and more just a means to an end really. I was expecting papers please level of 'stuff on a desk you have to organize and put together' levels but no, it's just the same 3 things every single time with the occasional minor mix up. So TLDR +Great characters --Except the main one +Beautiful visuals +Story that's pretty nice at best -But eyerolling and meaningless at worse +Pretty good music -Gameplay that doesn't evolve ++Sye, I like her a lot Overall like, I don't know? A 5/10 to a 6/10 depending on how I'm feeling. Give it a try though! I really hope whatever the devs make next is as good as it can be and that they learn from this game, both from its pros and its cons. Support indie devs!

Charming as all get-out, Dynopunk blends visual novel, choice-based gameplay, and life sim into something engaging. Taking the cyberpunk aesthetic with a new approach, but makes it just as fun as something like VA-11 HALL-A. The only criticism I'd give is that after completing the game, the ability to go to past days is stunted by a lack of stage selections within those days. It makes the backtracking a bit tedious on a secondary playthrough in a way that could put some off from returning to it. That being said, the characters are so fascinating that it's still worth it.

This game was worth every cent. Loved the characters, loved the mechanics, the art, everything! I think It must be an inspiration for people who want to make similar games out there. Make it fun, make it mean something, make it as beautiful as you can and, even if you can't do all those things perfectly, make the game with your heart.

When I first bought the game I didn't think much of it, but until of recent events I decided to try it and oh boy, I am so happy I played this amazing game with such an in depth story on each character, learning of their past and struggles really makes you feel relatable in some ways. I don't usually write reviews on games but this one earned my first review. Keep on with the good work and I hope the developers make more games like this, stay awesome everyone!

What I expected: Funny, quirky, tech-focused cyberpunk dino themed game with minigames all the way with some weird goal to build some schizo time machine What I got: I never thought I'd end up becoming so attached to a dinosaur printer.
