Edna and Harvey is an absolute masterpiece. The storytelling and visual art style is unique and appeasing to the eyes. Something we can all relate to, a childhood, is what makes Edna a interesting character. The duality of her child self is made very clear by her friend Harvey. This game does not only have a unique storyline but also a very good sense of humor. <3
Simply brilliant - a classic that no one should miss. I recommend taking your time with the puzzles and trying not to peek at the solutions. Sometimes the crucial idea comes to you after putting the game aside for a moment, and it’s so satisfying to have found the solution yourself. It’s especially great to play alongside your friends, as you can help each other out without spoilers if you really can’t get any further. And the story is simply too “crazy” not to share.
A recommendation for fans of the genre, but probably not if you're new to point and clicks. It's a charming game with a lot of well written characters and generally solid puzzles, but there's a few parts that lean far too heavily into moon logic to be enjoyable to anyone outside of the really hardcore fans of the genre. I also felt the pacing was a little off towards the end.
