After play this game in4-5 weeks. This what i feel from this game. Pro: 1. New looks units. 2. New mission with challange. 3. Now units can do job auto (expecially docter, firefighter and paramedic) whic is really help full. 4. Ambulance can auto transport injure person which is really help. 5. freeplay maps have 4 location. Cons: 1. Units fom this game is limits espcially in freeplay mod. 2. Can't buy units, like buy cars to add in garage. 3. Ai for car path sometime bug. 4. Paramedic is slow move not like older emergency series which is have fast move. 5. Not to much variation cars or units like older emergency series. 6. No SWAT team in car. So overall this game still enjoy but for freeplay mybe using mods is best to give experiance gameplay. I recommend to buy this game while discount.

You arrive at an emergency. You deploy units. Everything is fine. Then a civilian calmly walks into a burning wreck and ruins your entire career. Firefighters refuse to extinguish fires unless the truck is parked at the correct spiritual angle. Paramedics can save someone hit by five cars but not someone who lightly trips. Police are present. They are not helpful. The real gameplay loop: Pause Click firefighter Click tool Click fire Nothing happens Realize you clicked 2 pixels too far left Pause again Sirens are permanent. Silence is a myth. Every mission ends the same way: Fire is out Victims are treated One car remains sideways Entire city gridlocks forever Tow trucks are the strongest unit in the game. Ambulances are decorative. Emergency 20 celebrates 20 years of the series by proving nothing has changed except now my PC fan is also responding to emergencies. 10/10

Perhaps I was to harsh. Its worth getting if on sale. Its a fun game, i'd say to do the Emergency 20 campaign before freeplay as it kind of getting you used to missions in freeplay (in emergency 2017).

EMERGENCY 20 is a compelling and ambitious real-time strategy and simulation game developed by Sixteen Tons Entertainment that continues the long-standing tradition of the EMERGENCY series by immersing players in the fast-paced and high-stakes world of emergency response. Released to mark the 20th anniversary of the franchise, this installment significantly expands the scale, depth, and realism of the gameplay, delivering a sophisticated experience that challenges players to manage multiple types of emergency services—including fire, police, medical, and technical rescue units—across a variety of dynamic and complex scenarios. The game’s dedication to authenticity and tactical depth makes it a standout for fans of simulation and strategy games alike. At its core, EMERGENCY 20 tasks players with coordinating rescue operations during natural disasters, accidents, and various emergencies. Players are given control over a large roster of emergency vehicles and personnel, from fire trucks and ambulances to police units and specialized technical squads. The missions vary widely, featuring everything from massive forest fires and multi-vehicle pileups to hostage situations and chemical spills. Each scenario requires careful planning, quick thinking, and effective resource management to save lives, contain threats, and restore order. This diversity in mission design keeps gameplay fresh and constantly challenges players to adapt their strategies to evolving circumstances. One of the most impressive aspects of EMERGENCY 20 is the level of detail and realism in both the environments and the emergency operations. The game features highly detailed 3D maps with realistic urban, suburban, and rural settings, complete with dynamic day-night cycles and weather effects that influence gameplay. Fire behavior, vehicle physics, and medical procedures are modeled with notable accuracy, adding a layer of immersion that enhances the challenge and satisfaction of successful missions. Players must manage not only the positioning and coordination of units but also consider environmental factors like wind direction during fires or road blockages during traffic accidents, elevating the tactical depth considerably. The control system and user interface are thoughtfully designed to handle the complexity of managing multiple units simultaneously. Players can issue direct commands, set waypoints, and coordinate unit formations efficiently, which is essential during intense emergencies where timing and positioning are critical. While the interface can feel overwhelming at first due to the sheer amount of information and options, the game gradually introduces mechanics and controls, helping players learn and master the systems over time. The detailed mission briefings and realistic objectives also contribute to a clear sense of purpose and narrative within each scenario. In addition to single-player campaigns and missions, EMERGENCY 20 offers a robust challenge mode and multiplayer options, expanding the replayability and social aspect of the game. Players can test their skills in increasingly difficult scenarios or collaborate with others to coordinate complex rescue operations, adding a layer of cooperative strategy that fits naturally with the game’s theme. The modding community has also embraced the title, creating custom missions and scenarios that further extend the game’s longevity. Graphically, EMERGENCY 20 delivers polished visuals that balance realism with accessibility. The detailed models of vehicles, equipment, and environments contribute to the authenticity without overwhelming the player with excessive detail. Animations, such as firefighters battling flames or paramedics treating victims, are fluid and well-executed, enhancing the emotional weight of each mission. The sound design is equally effective, with authentic sirens, radio chatter, and environmental sounds that heighten immersion and help convey the urgency of emergency situations. Despite its many strengths, EMERGENCY 20 does present some challenges. The learning curve can be steep, particularly for players unfamiliar with complex real-time strategy or simulation games, and the sheer volume of units and commands may feel daunting initially. Occasionally, pathfinding issues or AI quirks can disrupt the flow of missions, requiring players to intervene manually. Some scenarios may also feel repetitive after multiple playthroughs, though the variety of missions generally mitigates this concern. Performance can be taxing on lower-end systems due to the detailed environments and numerous active units, which may require graphical adjustments. Overall, EMERGENCY 20 is a deep, engaging, and highly detailed simulation that offers a rich and rewarding experience for players interested in emergency management and real-time strategy. Its realistic scenarios, comprehensive unit control, and varied missions create a tense and immersive atmosphere that captures the urgency and complexity of emergency response work. While it demands patience and strategic thinking, the sense of accomplishment from successfully managing chaotic situations and saving lives is immensely satisfying. For fans of the genre and newcomers willing to invest time, EMERGENCY 20 delivers a challenging and authentic journey into the world of rescue operations. Rating: 8/10
