Fun game, less complicated then games like Hell Let Loose. The recent graphic updates look nice and well done!

Right now, probably the most fun WW2 game there is. Yes, the game has some flaws, and devs occasionally make a really questionable decisions. But despite this, it gives you more action than some of the recent AAA titles. Game is constantly getting updates and right now I feel like it is going in the right direction. For a free to play game, definitely worth giving a shot

An awesome and balanced WW2 FPS game! Huge maps, dozens of weapons and vehicles, customization, reasonable grind. Challenging and intense, but also fun! Would highly recommend!

I've played this game consistently since 2020 on their official launcher and currently an Alpha Test Team member, I know this game like the back of my hand. It's a pretty fun game and I recommend anybody to at least try out the game since it's free afterall, some people really love the game, some people don't like it. Personally I love this game, and while it's not perfect, I feel like the game provides a lot of content and replay-ability that I enjoy. For the Good: The shooting mechanics are simple but enjoyable, and the battlefields are very chaotic at times, with planes, tanks, explosions, and soldiers absolutely everywhere. You can use any weapons or vehicles you can think of in WW2 [Unless it's a premium] The graphics are solid and are optimized very well. There's a lot of unique mechanics, such as it being a Squad based game using AI soldiers in your squads, or the variety of engineering fortifications, rare and unique weapons and vehicles and much more. The game is more arcady such as games like Call of Duty or Battlefield, not like Hell Let Loose or Squad 44. The game has events constantly, with very unique rewards a lot of the times, allowing you to unlock unique weapons, squads, tanks without paying and instead grinding the game. There's lots of maps, lots of unique classes, lots of unique gameplay elements, constant updates, simple but decent customization, and 4 seperate factions, USSR, USA, Germany, and Japan, For the Bad: The game is definitely still a bit janky and buggy, while there are constant bug fixes, the game still feels a bit unpolished. The paid content can sometimes feel paid to win, as paying can allow players to bring more squads, get more powerful units, and grind much faster. I don't think the paid part is as bad as some people claim, but there are LOTS and LOTS of paid content in the game. The game also isn't as accurate as it used to be, it sacrificed its' historical accuracy in favor of more balanced gameplay, which is why many nations have experimental or paper weapons at the end of their research tree. There is a lot of FOMO items as well, such as battlepass content, premium vehicles, events, and more. The BR system also isn't perfect and lots of times there's uptiers and downtiers, making you face against much more powerful enemies, however this is currently being worked on. Grinding can get tedious in the later stages of the game as well. The UI in the menus is very overwhelming and messy, while I've played long enough to get used to it, I can definitely see why new players are confused by the overwelming amount of tabs and menus. The AI also is clunky, it's not dynamic and does lots of silly and goofy things. Steam Release: Technically, Enlisted has released on Steam twice now. The first release was not very good, the game costed $20 and included 2 simple premium squads and easy to obtain in-game items. Plus the system to link players playing on their Launcher to Steam wasn't working very well. The game was off of steam very quicky and players were not very happy. However, this release is much much better, the game is Free to Play once again, A few extra PREMIUM squads were added, Steam Deck Support, Account Linking is much more improved, and a simple event for the release of steam happened which helps players obtain more silver. Conclusion: The game isn't perfect, but it's very enjoyable to people who like these kinds of games. Communication and feedback has been improving significantly this year compared to the years prior, the developers are constantly looking at feedback, changes are happening all the time to improve the game, and publicity is making this game grow more and more everyday. I highly recommend giving the game a try, playing a few battles and seeing if you enjoy it. You never know, you might get as addicted as I am to this game.

Solid FPS with a unique take to the genre where you control a squad of soldiers not just one. Also with the tank and plane models of war thunder gives the game a easy to play hard to master vibe that can be daunting to tackle but once overcome can be an absolute time sink. Don't let my steam hours fool you I've wasted far too much time to this game lol. Enlisted has definitely scratched the old Battlefield itch that i have been craving that has not been delivered in a very long time. if you enjoy and can keep up in the usual FPS genre Enlisted will be easy to get into. The weapon balance in the game is fun in the way that everything can one or two shot kill so everything has similar TTK as long as you have proper aim. The grind is much easier and user friendly than it used to be and definitely takes far less time than War thunder. With Devs that seem to genuinely care about their community, game, and the history involved this game is to me a breath of fresh air. The Devs also are diligent with their updates and each one is based off community feed back and can be reversed if the community voices their concern. The game is Genuinely better with each update. The main critique i have of the game is the FOMO as it comes to Event and premium squads but the Devs have mentioned they will address this as it pertains to event squads with the ability to purchase event rewards, with in game currency, in a future update. The premium squads while in the right hands can be powerful they arnt game breaking and can be easily countered with squads already in the game with proper knowledge.
