I honestly love this game, so i was going to wait until i had more hours on steam but whatever. I've been playing this game for about 10 years now, on android, where i originally found it. It's honestly one of the best old school RPG games i've ever found. I played the HELL outta the free version, and didn't blink twice at buying the full version, it's WELL worth the price! I've had it installed on EVERY android device i've owned since, and i can EASILY still pick it up and sink a few hours into it. There's so much depth, and so much effort put into the lore, the world, the story, the characters, it really reminds you how developers used to truly care for their product. It's completely open world, and non linear, so you can go just start running around and leveling up, doing whatever you want, right after the mini tutorial (which is literally just walk through some trees, have a few battles, then good luck!). There re 4 classes, each with their own skills to level up (and even more to unlock), as well as a trait system which actually does influence dialogue options occasionally. There are multiple permanent companions you can unlock, as well as a BUNCH of temporary mercs-for-hire, so you never have to battle alone, if you're struggling. There's SO MANY side quests and different factions to do quests for, as well as certain quests/dialogues only opened by specific characters, stats, or choices, so there's PLENTY of replay value. The main quest itself is QUITE long, so it's not something where you'll run out of things to do in a day. I could go on and on, but i think to really get the feel for it, you'll just have to try it yourself! Honestly, i 100% recommend this game if you're a fan of old school RPGs and want something you can really sink your teeth into. You can even try a demo version on Android for free! Mad respect to the creators of this game, it has truly stood the test of time for me.

Underrated old school open world RPG. Interesting well-developed world to explore. Could use some more interesting combat mechanics, but what exists is clean and it works. Same goes for loot mechanics - could be more interesting, but there's enough to drive exploration.

I downloaded Steam just so I could play Exiled Kingdoms on PC rather than on my tiny phone screen. EK was already an incredible game and it's so much better here. I have never gotten bored playing this.

One of the few great classical RPG I've played. My only problem is the storyline. Please make a continuation of the grissenda sisters storyline it would be epic to siege a castle. Also the corsair isles is one of the few untapped potential from a lorewise perspective its very close the ashen waste where the story ends after all
